  Meal Delivery

  During the weekdays volunteers are able to deliver (hot or frozen) meals to individuals who are 60 or older, home-bound, and/or unable to prepare a meal or transport themselves to a meal site.

  Personal Care

  Certified Home Care aides provide assistance with light housekeeping tasks, shopping, meal planning, and other non medical personal care services.

  Adult Day Programs

  Adult Day Health Care is offered five (5) days per week. Specialized areas offered in this program will be Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, developmental disabilities and short term respite.

  Wellness Programs

  The Health and Wellness program is designed by the Arthritis Foundation. This class is designed to help improve self-esteem and self-image through increased physical well-being, to improve/maintain physical abilities, decrease depression and improve participant’s activities of daily living.

  Hours of Operation

  Whitshire Senior Center: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:30a.m. 

  Waldrop Senior Center: Monday and Wednesday at 1:30pm. 

  Winnsboro Senior Center: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00pm.
