HopeHealth provides integrated health services for more than 37,000 patients in areas surrounding Aiken, Clarendon, Florence, Orangeburg, and Williamsburg counties. It was founded in 1991 as a grassroots HIV/AIDS support organization, and was designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center in 2007 to expand its services to include primary and pediatric care. As an organization, HopeHealth is now a collection of 12 locations (10 community health centers and two infectious diseases treatment and prevention centers) and nearly 60 providers covering primary care, dental care, chiropractic care, behavior health and psychiatry, massage therapy, pain management, substance abuse, and women’s health services.

Located on the campus of Francis Marion University and near Marion, SC, HopeHealth at FMU is a family practice primary care doctor’s office that provides quality primary health care that is accessible and affordable for individuals ages seventeen and older.

Residents on the east side of Williamsburg county have access to HopeHealth primary care services at our location on Hemingway Highway. The newly renovated facility provides excellent primary care and support services to patients of all ages.

HopeHealth began providing primary care services at Bethea Retirement Community in June 2017. This partnership allows HopeHealth to provide convenient care to residents, helping patients maintain their independence.

With services open to the general public as well, patients are not required to be a resident of Bethea to receive care at HopeHeath at Bethea. HopeHealth at Bethea is now recognized as a level 2 Age-friendly Health System.

The Horry County Veterans Affairs office is a county funded office primarily designed to assist Veterans, spouses and dependents of Veterans in applying for benefits from the Veterans Administration.

The Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation (HPCF) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that exists to discover and address the unmet needs of individuals and families facing end-of-life issues through innovative and collaborative programs and services, and includes financial, educational, technological, and grief support.

Provides patients with expert care for pain control and systems management, offers caregivers the opportunity for respite, and furnishes a safe place for patients who may need inpatient hospice care. Hospice & Community Care also offers grief support and education for caregivers, families, and community members. A Veterans program provides services and resources to our veteran patients and their families.

Hospice & Palliative Care of the Piedmont is your community non-profit network of care that provides expert life-changing health care for those living with advanced illnesses. Has been a non-profit, community based hospice since 1981. Employs more than 68 trained staff including 4 Nurse Practitioners, 15 licensed nurses, 4 certified Hospice and Palliative Care nurses, 3 licensed social workers, 3 physicians, and 1 certified Hospice & Palliative Care Administrator.

Jean W Mccabe Manor is a 32-unit affordable housing community in Kingstree, SC with 24 one-bedroom and 8 efficiency apartments.  Applicant must be either 62 years of age or 18 years of age with a mobility impairment requiring special design features in the unit. Rent is determined by the household's income and no more than 30% of the adjusted income.  Water, sewer and trash removal costs are included in rent.

We provide technology services, educational classes and programs for senior adults and their families, so they can be better connected. Bill has worked with 100’s of seniors throughout South Carolina teaching them how to use their technology more confidently, effectively and safely.
