We want you to reconsider how you look at aging and remember you are a person and not a number. We accomplish our goal by providing memory training courses as follows:
Memory-In-Training: focuses on 4 major complaints people have with memory forgetting names and faces, tip of tongue memory challenges, forgetting to do things in the future, and forgetting where you put things. This course is 2 hours once weekly for 4 weeks.
Memory-For-Fitness: focuses on strategies research has shown to lower the risk for developing dementia. Physical conditioning, stress reduction, healthy heart and brain diet, mental exercise and cognitive training is learned in this program. This course is 1 hour twice weekly for 6 weeks.
Memory Boot Camp: participants learn basic techniques to respond to everyday memory challenges, progressive techniques to memorize names & faces and tips for healthy heart & brain. This course is one day for 3 hours.
