Koger Home Care, LLC is a non-medical home care agency. Our agency provides care to all age groups in many counties across the state. We strive to assist our clients with their Activities of Daily Living Skills (ADL’s), such as personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, feeding, walking, and medication reminders. Additionally, we offer errands, light cleaning, transportation, companionship, respite relief care, as well as live-in caregivers. Our services are designed to allow the client to stay in their home in lieu of residential nursing facilities.

We provide services to all age groups. Our services are perfect for clients who are seniors, disabled, veterans, critically or chronically ill, after surgery care, head injuries, cancer/chemotherapy, injuries from falls or accidents, immobility, kidney failure/dialysis, non-compliant behaviors, and more.

We specialize in clients with memory and cognitive dysfunctions (Alzheimer’s, Dementia, strokes, Parkinson, etc..), mental health diagnoses, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Our caregivers are experienced, extensively trained and must continue quarterly and annual training, are background checked and compliant with state standards, as well as must pass drug screening.

We observe major holidays and will not provide services to clients during these times.  

We accept clients of all ages, and applicants over 18 years old.

Always Best Care Greenville is a SC licensed home care provider (IHCP-0136) who provides Non-Medical Care in your home, or in your Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory care or Active Adult Living Community apartment, or in your Nursing Home or Hospital room.  We also offer Out-Patient Procedure Transportation Services.  We accept all major credit cards, VA benefits, Long Term Care insurance, and Respite vouchers.

Senior Resources is a non-profit organization that coordinates services, provides resources and encourages the personal choices that allow Midland's area senior citizens to remain independent.
