I am a Senior Care Advisor - helping families navigate aging resources. I provide in-home assessments, therapeutic recreation program and activities, assistance with bringing resources into the home of a senior, allowing them to maintain as much independence as possible. I also provide assistance with researching available funding, long term care placement options and referrals to local geriatric practitioners.

Divine Care at Home is a non-medical team of compassionate professionals, trained to assist in the care of clients in the comfort of their own home. We assistant with bathing, dressing, remind of medication, light housekeeping, running errands, prepare meals, and more.
