FCFB is a volunteer emergency food pantry that aids citizens of Fairfield County.

Founded in 1982, Golden Harvest Food Bank works to create a safety net of food distribution partners, programs, and direct services to meet the needs of our neighbors who struggle with hunger. With a network of over 325 Hunger Relief Partners, we can get nutritious meals directly into the hands of those in need through organizations embedded in their communities. 

We believe that everyone in our community should have enough nutritious food to live a happy, healthy life. We strive to increase access to healthy food and foster long-term stability for neighbors in need with the help of our donors, partners, and volunteers. 

Broad Street Ministry Center, Inc., offers food and clothing pantry services to citizens in Aiken County. 

Food Pantry, providing food and assist in Utilities for the Low income Disable.

St. Cyprian Outreach Center provides utility and Rental Assistance, and food pantry.

For over 50 years our mission has remained the same; to ensure that no one in the greater Greer community is hungry, without adequate clothing, or socially isolated. And we fulfill this mission through our Meals on Wheels and Senior Dining programs as well as our food pantry, and clothing closet.  

The Department of Social Services provides protective services for children and vulnerable adults, adoption, and foster care services. It administers federal Title IV-B Child Welfare Services and Title IV-E Foster Care and Adoption Assistance programs. 

Additionally, a commodities program distributes supplemental food through a network of food banks. Other food programs provide financial assistance for child and adult care providers, homeless shelters, and summer feeding sites for children.

FoodShare South Carolina's mission is to increase access to, knowledge of and consumption of vegetables and fruit through community-led projects. 

Our Fresh Food Box is available at a cost which allows anyone to buy a box. Each box contains fresh produce and unique recipes, tips and nutrition notes. Fresh Food Boxes are filled with 9 to 11 varieties of fresh fruits and vegetables. With the contents changing weekly, it’s an affordable and exciting way to eat healthy food. Bulk buying at wholesale prices makes our boxes more affordable than buying produce at retail stores.

Our NeighborShare program is a community initiative that aims to ensure access to fresh, affordable food. The program serves individuals who need assistance ordering their Fresh Food Boxes or having boxes delivered to them by volunteers. 

Home-delivered meal providers play vital role in supporting the health and well-being of eligible Medicaid recipients by offering access to nutritious meals and reducing food insecurity. 

We are a non-profit ministry that serves the needs of individuals and families who are in crisis. We provide food, clothing, and on a limited basis financial assistance for utilities.

The Deep Well Project is a private social service agency helping people with basic services who are experiencing an emergency situation. Deep Well assists with rent payments, utilities, food, medicine, home repair and home furnishings. Our service area is Hilton Head Island and occasionally Bluffton.

Greater Greenwood United Ministry, established in 1995, is a 501c3 non-profit organization that assists individuals in the community with spiritual, physical, and emotional needs. With the help of a partnership with Christian churches, business, and industries, the Ministry helps individuals move beyond their life or medical crisis to make better life choices that will help them sustain themselves and their families.

We offer a free medical clinic for people without insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. We also offer a monthly mobile Free Medical Clinic for the Saluda area. 

Our mobile farmers market sources from hundreds of farmers and operates on a biweekly schedule and has stops throughout the Charleston area. The market offers a sliding scale pricing system and anyone paying with SNAP/EBT gets $15 free produce with a $5 purchase. 

GroceryRx is a free 12-week long nutrition and cooking program with topics that vary each week. Eligibility criteria for a class is a positive screen for food insecurity and diagnosis of chronic, diet-related illness. While in class, participants receive fresh grocery deliveries to their home or via our mobile market. A physicians referral and recent lab work is required for participation. 

ACTS- partner with churches, organizations, and individuals to provide assistance to our neighbors in need.

PurFoods, LLC dba Mom’s Meals (“Mom’s Meals”) is a USDA-inspected food preparation and home-delivered meal service dedicated to providing delicious meals to our customers nationwide. Mom’s Meals strives to be the leading provider of aging, disabled and patient nutrition solutions that preserve health, help combat chronic disease, support recuperation and nourish independence for high-quality living at home. Mom's Meal's mission is to help keep seniors & individuals with disabilities in the comfort of their homes as long as possible by delivering nutritious meals directly to their homes. We have grown to provide daily in-home nutrition support for over 180,000 unique clients across the country. We utilize a HIPAA-compliant database that tracks each client's ordering history, feedback, notes from Case Managers, etc. Every client's order is maintained in their respective account and includes the number of meals for each delivery and delivery verification. 

Assistance Agency for Low Income

A nonprofit organization made up of local Christian Churches united to provide short-term emergency assistance to those in need in the name of Christ.

Through the generosity of South Carolina veterinarians, SCVets Care has stepped up to provide vaccinations, spay and neuter services,  diagnostic services and much more to senior citizen pets. We are unable to supply food. We do require an estimate of services needed which can be emailed to us at info@scav.org. If you are a senior citizen, disabled, or a caregiver of a senior or disabled adult, and their pet is in need of veterinary care, please reach out to us to help with your pets health needs. 

McLeod Home Care provides excellent care to aging seniors and adults who want to age in place. We provide assistance with personal care, Alzheimer's and all forms of dementia care, food prep, light housekeeping, transportation for those who need a bit more assistance and loving companionship along the way. We are family owned and operated. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve those in need.

Senior Resources is a non-profit organization that coordinates services, provides resources and encourages the personal choices that allow Midland's area senior citizens to remain independent. Services include meal opportunities (home-delivered meals and group dining meals) and wellness centers (senior centers). Volunteer opportunities are available each weekday for Meals on Wheels.  Low and no-cost services are available. 

Anderson Interfaith Ministries, Inc. (AIM) is a human services agency providing care to individuals living in Abbeville, Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens counties.

Service Provider for the elderly 60 years of age and older.

HopeHealth in Aiken is 1 of 3 Infectious Disease Treatment and Prevention Centers, and is committed to providing infectious disease services to Aiken, Allendale, and Barnwell Counties. The site opened its doors in 2005, providing case management services to individuals living with HIV. The site has since expanded its services to include community education, STI prevention, and Personal Health Clinic. Personal Health Clinic appointments are available to accommodate walk-in STI screenings, Hepatitis C care, PrEP, PEP, and traditional women’s health services such as PAP smears.

Clinical Services

Clinical services consist of medical care and treatment related specifically to a patient’s diagnosis. The clinical staff team includes a medical office assistant, a nurse and a provider. The team meets with patients at least quarterly to assign and review patients’ medications, labs and coordinate any referrals for specialty care services.
