With palliative care, patients will receive physical, emotional and spiritual support. Care Partners LLC is owned by Seth Zamek.  Seth holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration, is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician and a Certified Dementia Care Specialist.  Seth has over 30-years experience in the healthcare and guardianship field, most recently as the owner and Executive Director of Senior Helpers.  He has worked extensively in the Probate Courts and with Probate Court Judges and staff in South Carolina.  Seth currently serves on the Boards of Directors for the SC Alzheimer's Association, the Parkinson Association of the Carolina's, the SC Home Care and Hospice Association, and the SC Commerce Department's Catawba Regional Education Center.
