PurFoods, LLC dba Mom’s Meals (“Mom’s Meals”) is a USDA-inspected food preparation and home-delivered meal service dedicated to providing delicious meals to our customers nationwide. Mom’s Meals strives to be the leading provider of aging, disabled and patient nutrition solutions that preserve health, help combat chronic disease, support recuperation and nourish independence for high-quality living at home. Mom's Meal's mission is to help keep seniors & individuals with disabilities in the comfort of their homes as long as possible by delivering nutritious meals directly to their homes. We have grown to provide daily in-home nutrition support for over 180,000 unique clients across the country. We utilize a HIPAA-compliant database that tracks each client's ordering history, feedback, notes from Case Managers, etc. Every client's order is maintained in their respective account and includes the number of meals for each delivery and delivery verification. 

Gourmade Meals In Your Home, LLC prepares and deliver healthy and delicious meals to individuals in their home. Meals include 3 plans to choose from: Full, Heart Healthy, & Simply Healthier. We also provide services to individuals with dietary limitations.

Program that provides at-home delivered meals to elderly, frail, and home-bound residents to extend their independence and health as they age.

By providing meals, transportation, and social interaction to older adults, Aiken Senior Life Services – a private, charitable nonprofit organization established in 1971 – allows Aiken County seniors to gracefully age in place. 

Aiken Senior Life Services, in partnership with Meals on Wheels America, provides a hot, nutritious meal to any senior who is unable to leave their home or who has difficulty preparing a meal. These meals are delivered by volunteers that provide important social interaction to homebound seniors. These visits, which serve as important “wellness checks,” often turn into lasting friendships. 

The Allendale County Office on Aging provides services to seniors age 60 and older that assist in helping them maintain their independence. The services we provide are home delivered meals, congregate meals, and transportation.

Divine Care at Home is a non-medical team of compassionate professionals, trained to assist in the care of clients in the comfort of their own home. We assistant with bathing, dressing, remind of medication, light housekeeping, running errands, prepare meals, and more. We consider each client to be a member of our family while delivering personal care and compassion. The Colleton county on Aging, Inc.'s mission is to address the cognitive, social/emotional and physical needs of the senior citizens of the county. This Nonprofit Human Services Agency provides hope, encouragement and support through an array of services designed to meet the individual client's needs. Emphases are placed on providing home delivered meals and service that promote health, wellness and preventive care.

Senior Center offering: Group Dining, Home Delivered Meals, House Keeping, Transportation, Arthritis Exercise, Group Activities, Information and Referral, Telephone Reassurance, Alzheimer's Support Group, and Volunteer Program.

FCCOA is a nonprofit based in Winnsboro, SC, that collaborates with organizations in Fairfield County on providing senior services. FCCOA receives funding and guidance from federal, state, local governments and generous donors to carry out its mission of providing senior services and resources to improve the quality of life for the county's senior population.

Calhoun County Council on Aging (CCCOA) is a county agency that provides programs and services to promote the well-being of aging persons residing in Calhoun County, SC. Love House Academy's Senior Day Program is designed for retired adults over the age of 60 who are looking for a place to remain healthy in Mind, Body, and Soul.  It is for Lowcountry seniors who seek a reputable local organization to help them enjoy life to its fullest.  Our Senior Day Program is also ideal for seniors who may otherwise be isolated in their home environment.

Love House Academy's Senior Day Program is free and open to the public.  Currently we are only delivering frozen meals to senior's residence for those who qualify.  If you are in need of free meals to be delivered to your residence due to medical, health, or inabilities, please contact us for support.

Beaufort County has a large number of grandparents raising grandkids.  If you or someone you know is in need of affordable after-school and/or summer care, our Learning Academy services for students (children must be at least five years old) may be a good fit.  The Learning Academy focuses on continual educational opportunities when school is out of session and supports academics, attendance, positive behavior, and healthy choices in mind, body, and soul.  Please see our website for details or call for more information.

About Our Director:

Co-Pastor Theresa Roberts is an influential icon in her Beaufort County community through her outreach ministries and public involvement.  She attentively mentors and supports seniors, children, teens, young adults, and women.  Her passion for seeing lives changed has resulted in the $1-A-Day After School Program, the Love House Learning Academy, the Summer Learning Academy, and the Senior Day Program.  Theresa is by far a trailblazer when it comes to supporting the community and helping to bridge the gap between vulnerable people and accessible services that improve quality of life.

The mission of Bamberg County Office on Aging is to contribute to the well-being and improve the quality of life for older adults in Bamberg County and to provide activities and services that promote independence and continuing participation in the community.
