Koger Home Care, LLC is a non-medical home care agency. Our agency provides care to all age groups in many counties across the state. We strive to assist our clients with their Activities of Daily Living Skills (ADL’s), such as personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, feeding, walking, and medication reminders. Additionally, we offer errands, light cleaning, transportation, companionship, respite relief care, as well as live-in caregivers. Our services are designed to allow the client to stay in their home in lieu of residential nursing facilities.

We provide services to all age groups. Our services are perfect for clients who are seniors, disabled, veterans, critically or chronically ill, after surgery care, head injuries, cancer/chemotherapy, injuries from falls or accidents, immobility, kidney failure/dialysis, non-compliant behaviors, and more.

We specialize in clients with memory and cognitive dysfunctions (Alzheimer’s, Dementia, strokes, Parkinson, etc..), mental health diagnoses, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Our caregivers are experienced, extensively trained and must continue quarterly and annual training, are background checked and compliant with state standards, as well as must pass drug screening.

We observe major holidays and will not provide services to clients during these times.  

We accept clients of all ages, and applicants over 18 years old.

Caring Hearts Gentle Hands, LLC is an in-home care company that is in memory of my dad, Retired Vietnam Veteran Ejnar A. The Deep Well Project is a private social service agency helping people with basic services who are experiencing an emergency situation. Short-term Rehabilitation patients will appreciate the state of the art Rehab gym staffed by our in-house Occupational, Physical and Speech therapists who will work with our interdisciplinary team to get patients back to their previous lifestyle quickly.  Finally, the campus also boasts a clinic on-site staffed by MUSC Health Geriatrics. Residents in all levels of the continuum have opportunity to be seen on campus by MUSC staff who can also facilitate quick referrals to specialty services if indicated.

Upper Savannah Area Agency on Aging (AAA) provides and finds services designed to assist seniors in leading independent, meaningful and dignified lives in their own homes and communities as long as possible.

Plan Home Care is a non-skilled in-home care provider of upstate SC.

We offer a wide variety of activities to enhance the quality of life for our participants and their families. We serve both the senior population and young adults with developmental disabilities, individualizing programs to assist them to continue to grow, learn and contribute to the society. A hot lunch is served daily. 

We also offer free trial day passes at our day centers for those who would like to try it out, and accept many payer sources, such as Medicaid and VA.
