Palliative Care of South Carolina was created to provide specialized medical care for people with serious illness. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for both the patient and the family. We focus on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of advance illness by providing a team of specialists that work alongside the patient’s physicians.

With palliative care, patients will receive physical, emotional and spiritual support. The team helps to relieve pain and symptoms- such as fatigue, anxiety, shortness of breath, nausea, and depression. They also will help the patient decide the next steps; the plan and goals of care. Palliative Care of South Carolina is here to help at any stage of serious illness, regardless of age or diagnosis.

Established in 2016, Seaside Senior was formed with our clients top of mind. The company is women-owned and family-managed. Our dedicated founder has over 40 years of diversified medial experience and maintains expansive networks of medical and non-medical professionals within our local communities.

Love House Academy's Senior Day Program is designed for retired adults over the age of 60 who are looking for a place to remain healthy in Mind, Body, and Soul. Our Senior Day Program is also ideal for seniors who may otherwise be isolated in their home environment. Love House Academy's Senior Day Program is free and open to the public. Currently we are only delivering frozen meals to senior's residence for those who qualify. If you are in need of free meals to be delivered to your residence due to medical, health, or inabilities, please contact us for support.

Memory Clinic, Dementia Research

Our Home Care agency promotes positive aging by providing the best care at our client's homes or facilities.  We are a 24/7 service that can provide one-on-one personal care and/or companion care.  We have skilled caregivers for Alzheimer's and Dementia and also have a Parkinson's care program.  We aim to keep your loved one safe, comfortable, and happy.  We offer transportation for them to run their errands, visit friends, attend medical appointments, or just enjoy a ride out on a nice day.   Our caregivers can help with med reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep and assist with your loved one's daily tasks.

Project VISION (Volunteers In Service In Our Neighborhoods) is the home repair initiative for the United Way of Aiken County, Inc. Home repairs are provided for low-income, disabled seniors, age 62 year or older. Senior(s) must own their home and currently occupy it.

Our dedicated caregivers provide personalized services including daily living assistance, companionship, and flexible in-home care tailored to individual needs. In addition, we proudly offer convenient prepared meal delivery, making it easier for our clients to enjoy healthy, home-style meals without the stress of cooking. With flexible payment options and a commitment to treating every client like family, Helping Hands In-Home LLC is here to provide comfort, dignity, and peace of mind right at home. 

We provide Guardianship, Guardian Ad Litem, Conservator, and Fiduciary services for vulnerable or incapacitated individuals.  We have been providing these services since 2015 in South Carolina (and can also provide services in North Carolina).  

Care Partners LLC is owned by Seth Zamek.  Seth holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration, is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician and a Certified Dementia Care Specialist.  Seth has over 30-years experience in the healthcare and guardianship field, most recently as the owner and Executive Director of Senior Helpers.  He has worked extensively in the Probate Courts and with Probate Court Judges and staff in South Carolina.  Seth currently serves on the Boards of Directors for the SC Alzheimer's Association, the Parkinson Association of the Carolina's, the SC Home Care and Hospice Association, and the SC Commerce Department's Catawba Regional Education Center.

Zamek is personally involved in every client case Care Partners LLC agrees to take on.  The organization serves vulnerable or incapacitated individuals of all ages and prides itself on being very responsive to the Courts, Attorneys, families petitioning the Court and clients.

Always Best Care Greenville has been a SC licensed home care provider (IHCP-0136) since 2010.  Our caregivers and aides are experienced and are our employees; they are insured and bonded, and pass pre-hire and quarterly criminal background checks, drug screens, and DMV checks. We provide Non-Medical Care in your home, or in your Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory care or Active Adult Living Community apartment, or in your Nursing Home or Hospital room.  We also offer a unique Out-Patient Procedure Transportation Service when you need someone to stay with you during your procedure.  We accept all major credit cards, VA benefits, Long Term Care insurance, and Respite vouchers.

Comfort Keepers helps seniors remain safe and independent for as long as possible. We offer loving, quality in-home care services for a wide range of needs.

Senior Resources is a non-profit organization that coordinates services, provides resources and encourages the personal choices that allow Midland's area senior citizens to remain independent. Services include meal opportunities (home-delivered meals and group dining meals) and wellness centers (senior centers). Volunteer opportunities are available each weekday for Meals on Wheels.  Low and no-cost services are available.

Embracing Our Seniors is a community-based provider in Union, South Carolina offering DDSN-approved Home Supports and Respite services. We assist individuals with daily living activities, supervision, and community integration while promoting independence and quality of life.

In addition, we offer a safe, stable, family-style independent living environment for adults who are mostly independent but benefit from structure and oversight.

We do not provide skilled nursing care. Individuals may choose to receive additional services through authorized Medicaid providers or third-party agencies.

The Marion County Council on Aging has been providing home and community-based services for Marion County residents age 60 and older, who live in an independent living situation and have demonstrated need for services. 

Individual care, treatment, personal safety, fire safety, and well being of adults 18 years or older.

Homewatch Caregivers is a provider of home care services in Horry and Georgetown County. We aim to preserve the dignity, protect independence, and provide peace of mind for our clients and their loved ones by providing home care services.

The York County Council on Aging offers numerous services aimed at keeping the senior citizens of York and Chester counties living independently and productively.

Our goals of promoting health and wellness, and our coordination of key services have provided the priceless gift of independence for many seniors in York and Chester counties.
