Love House Academy's Senior Day Program is designed for retired adults over the age of 60 who are looking for a place to remain healthy in Mind, Body, and Soul.  It is for Lowcountry seniors who seek a reputable local organization to help them enjoy life to its fullest.  Our Senior Day Program is also ideal for seniors who may otherwise be isolated in their home environment.

Love House Academy's Senior Day Program is free and open to the public.  Currently we are only delivering frozen meals to senior's residence for those who qualify.  If you are in need of free meals to be delivered to your residence due to medical, health, or inabilities, please contact us for support.

Project VISION (Volunteers In Service In Our Neighborhoods) is the home repair initiative for the United Way of Aiken County, Inc. Home repairs are provided for low-income, disabled seniors, age 62 year or older. Senior(s) must own their home and currently occupy it.

Our Home Care agency promotes positive aging by providing the best care at our client's homes or facilities.  We are a 24/7 service that can provide one-on-one personal care and/or companion care.  We have skilled caregivers for Alzheimer's and Dementia and also have a Parkinson's care program.  We aim to keep your loved one safe, comfortable, and happy.  We offer transportation for them to run their errands, visit friends, attend medical appointments, or just enjoy a ride out on a nice day.   Our caregivers can help with med reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep and assist with your loved one's daily tasks.  

Always Best Care Greenville has been a SC licensed home care provider (IHCP-0136) since 2010.  Our caregivers and aides are experienced and are our employees; they are insured and bonded, and pass pre-hire and quarterly criminal background checks, drug screens, and DMV checks. We provide Non-Medical Care in your home, or in your Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory care or Active Adult Living Community apartment, or in your Nursing Home or Hospital room.  We also offer a unique Out-Patient Procedure Transportation Service when you need someone to stay with you during your procedure.  We accept all major credit cards, VA benefits, Long Term Care insurance, and Respite vouchers.

We provide Guardianship, Guardian Ad Litem, Conservator, and Fiduciary services for vulnerable or incapacitated individuals.  We have been providing these services since 2015 in South Carolina (and can also provide services in North Carolina).  

Care Partners LLC is owned by Seth Zamek.  Seth holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration, is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician and a Certified Dementia Care Specialist.  Seth has over 30-years experience in the healthcare and guardianship field, most recently as the owner and Executive Director of Senior Helpers.  He has worked extensively in the Probate Courts and with Probate Court Judges and staff in South Carolina.  Seth currently serves on the Boards of Directors for the SC Alzheimer's Association, the Parkinson Association of the Carolina's, the SC Home Care and Hospice Association, and the SC Commerce Department's Catawba Regional Education Center.

Zamek is personally involved in every client case Care Partners LLC agrees to take on.  The organization serves vulnerable or incapacitated individuals of all ages and prides itself on being very responsive to the Courts, Attorneys, families petitioning the Court and clients.

The Marion County Council on Aging has been providing home and community-based services for Marion County residents age 60 and older, who live in an independent living situation and have demonstrated need for services.

Homewatch Caregivers is a provider of home care services in Horry and Georgetown County. We aim to preserve the dignity, protect independence, and provide peace of mind for our clients and their loved ones by providing home care services.

The York County Council on Aging offers numerous services aimed at keeping the senior citizens of York and Chester counties living independently and productively.

In home senior care

HopeHealth provides integrated health services for more than 37,000 patients in areas surrounding Aiken, Clarendon, Florence, Orangeburg, and Williamsburg counties. It was founded in 1991 as a grassroots HIV/AIDS support organization, and was designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center in 2007 to expand its services to include primary and pediatric care. As an organization, HopeHealth is now a collection of 12 locations (10 community health centers and two infectious diseases treatment and prevention centers) and nearly 60 providers covering primary care, dental care, chiropractic care, behavior health and psychiatry, massage therapy, pain management, substance abuse, and women’s health services.
