We offer Senior Centers, Adult Day Care, Transportation, Assisted Living, Insurance Services, and Group Dining. Our mission every day is to enable seniors to live independently and get the essential care they need within the Upstate community.

The overall mission of the Orangeburg County Council on Aging is to provide a system of coordinated and comprehensive services to enable older persons in Orangeburg County to continue to maintain their independence.

With three hospitals and nearly 50 locations, Tidelands Health is the largest health care system serving Georgetown, Horry and Williamsburg counties.

Our mobile farmers market sources from hundreds of farmers and operates on a biweekly schedule and has stops throughout the Charleston area. The market offers a sliding scale pricing system and anyone paying with SNAP/EBT gets $15 free produce with a $5 purchase. 

GroceryRx is a free 12-week long nutrition and cooking program with topics that vary each week. Eligibility criteria for a class is a positive screen for food insecurity and diagnosis of chronic, diet-related illness. While in class, participants receive fresh grocery deliveries to their home or via our mobile market. A physicians referral and recent lab work is required for participation. 

Our Mother's Voice provides information to empower individuals and families to advocate for appropriate and high-quality care and services when they need long-term care for themselves or loved ones.  We focus primarily on Quality of Life, Quality of Care, Resident Rights, and how to advocate within the service delivery system and the regulatory system.  We provide online information and in-person presentations for a wide variety of audiences.

FCFB is a volunteer emergency food pantry that aids citizens of Fairfield County.

Caring Healthcare provides in home personal care services to elderly, disabled, and special needs children. We offer assistance with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, supervision, transportation of adults, errands, assistance with ambulation & transfers.  In addition to in home care we also provide private sitting for clients during hospitalizations, while staying in a rehab facility after hospitalization, and for added supervision and assistance while staying in an assisted living facility.  We are available to provide services from 2 to 24 hours daily as needed.

Mobile Phlebotomy and Health Care Services (MPHC) provides personal care services to seniors and adults with disabilities. These services include providing assistance with eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and activities of daily living as specified in the plan of care.

In addition to personal care, MPHC provides phlebotomy services in their own labs or they can personal travel to your home to meet you.

A nonprofit organization made up of local Christian Churches united to provide short-term emergency assistance to those in need in the name of Christ.

HopeHealth began providing primary care services at Bethea Retirement Community in June 2017. This partnership allows HopeHealth to provide convenient care to residents, helping patients maintain their independence.

With services open to the general public as well, patients are not required to be a resident of Bethea to receive care at HopeHeath at Bethea. HopeHealth at Bethea is now recognized as a level 2 Age-friendly Health System.

Our trained professionals specialize in various types of services including overnight care and personal care service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Health Related Personnel can provide in-home living that respects the need for personal freedom. 

The Deep Well Project is a private social service agency helping people with basic services who are experiencing an emergency situation. Deep Well assists with rent payments, utilities, food, medicine, home repair and home furnishings. Our service area is Hilton Head Island and occasionally Bluffton.
