  Respite Care - In-Home

  Provides DDSN-approved Home Supports services including supervision, assistance with daily living activities, and community-based support. Services are tailored to individual needs and authorized service plans, promoting independence, stability, and quality of life.

  Offers a safe, community-based independent living environment for adults who are mostly independent. This is a non-medical housing option and does not include hands-on personal care or skilled services. Residents may arrange outside services as needed.

  Provides short-term, out-of-home non-medical respite support in a safe, community-based residential setting. This service offers temporary relief for caregivers while ensuring individuals receive supervision, companionship, and assistance with routine daily activities. Individuals stay in a structured, home-like environment designed to promote comfort, stability, and independence. This is not a medical or skilled care facility. Services are non-clinical and based on individual needs and authorization.
