Powerful Tools for Caregivers Telehealth (PTC) class series is an ONLINE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend who has a chronic illness. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, or friend who lives at home, in a long-term care facility, or across the country.
Six classes are held once a week and are led by experienced class leaders. Class Participants are giver The Caregiver Workbook to accompany the class and provide additional caregiver resources. The classes build on each other so it is helpful if you can attend all 6 classes.
