Assessments and grants for low-income older adults to help them safely stay in their homes. Funded by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.
Serving older adults in Chester, Fairfield and Union Counties.
To get Verified on site bring the following:
- Social Security Benefits Letter
- W2, Income Statements
- Any Paystubs
- Deed/ Proof of Ownership
Must be 62 years old, must be a homeowner, income restrictions apply
Free low-cost modifications include:
- lever-handle doorknobs
- lever-handle faucets
- grab bars
- anti-slip strips for tubs
- railings and more
