Attendant services are personalized to each client’s physical needs and level of independence.

Intake Procedure
Prospective clients receive a comprehensive intake prior to the start of services. This includes an initial needs and circumstances assessment, a review of personal and medical history (including chronic conditions), and a scheduled in-home evaluation to assess safety, daily living needs, and care goals. A care plan is developed collaboratively based on the findings.
We also conduct a financial consultation as part of every intake — helping families identify programs that may offset the cost of care, including long-term care insurance, VA benefits, Medicaid waiver programs, and other available resources. Many families are surprised to find options they didn't know existed.
While the process is thorough, it is also efficient — most intakes are completed with a 10–15 minute phone call followed by a 45-minute in-home assessment. The consultation and assessment are provided free of charge and with no obligation.
