We take time to learn what is most important to the client and family so that services can be matched to their individual needs.
Following the initial inquiry, an assessment and care planning process is completed to determine appropriate non-medical services, scheduling, and caregiver support. Families are provided with information regarding available services, rates, payment options, and applicable program or insurance requirements.
Depending on the client's circumstances and funding source, additional documentation may be requested before services begin. Once the intake process is completed and services are authorized or arranged, a personalized care plan and service schedule are established.

Assistance is personalized according to the client’s needs, abilities, routines, and established care plan.
Light housekeeping can be especially helpful for individuals with limited mobility, decreased strength or endurance, cognitive changes, or other challenges that make everyday household responsibilities more difficult to manage.
