Nourish2gether Pantry, an arm extension of Collaboration2gether, Inc., provides food-pantry and grocery assistance to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. Assistance is based on household needs, available inventory, scheduled distributions, and applicable program requirements. We may also connect individuals with other community food resources when additional assistance is needed. We do not provide prepared meals or meal-delivery services.

Description of Organization
Collaboration2gether, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) community impact organization committed to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through advocacy, mentorship, supportive services, outreach, and coordinated resources. We serve youth, families, older adults, veterans, caregivers, individuals with disabilities, and other vulnerable or underserved populations throughout Darlington County, the Pee Dee region, and surrounding South Carolina communities.
Through initiatives including the Save Our Sons & Youth Initiative, SC Aging Matters, Nourish2gether Pantry, and Fervent Prayer Street Outreach Ministries, we provide information and referrals, food-pantry assistance, caregiver and kinship-family support, youth mentoring, family-strengthening education, wellness checks, advocacy, nonemergency crisis-resource navigation, home visits, life-skills and workforce-readiness activities, benefits screening, and connections to community-based resources. We do not provide prepared meals or meal-delivery services.
Our developing SC Aging Matters consultancy component seeks to expand access to individualized service planning, consultation, care coordination, and community-based resources that promote safety, dignity, independence, stability, and quality of life.
