Gentiva Hospice offers hospice care as life's journey nears its completion. Through supportive, loving, comfort care, we offer patients and their families comfort for body, mind, and spirit. We will be glad to meet with families and patients to explain how we can help in their time of need. We also look for educational opportunities in communities to explain what hospice actually does versus what people may think.
