Adult Day Programs
Our facilities in Bethune, Camden, and Lugoff provide daily exercise, activities, and lunch to keep community members engaged. Some of their programs include:
- A Matter of Balance - workshop teaching fall prevention.
- Walk with Ease - walking & stretching for health promotion.
- Exercise - Every morning to help keep seniors active and strong.

Meal Delivery
The Meals on Wheels program provides a nutrition service to homebound seniors. In 2014, the Kershaw County Council on Aging delivered 23,851 meals to homebound seniors.

Farmer's Market
The Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides low-income seniors with coupons that can be exchanged for eligible foods at farmers' markets, roadside stands, and community-supported agriculture (CSA) programs.

Description of Organization
The Kershaw County Council on Aging's purpose is "to do the things that may be necessary, proper, or advantageous to promote the welfare of the aging population of Kershaw County."
KCCOA has provided a place for seniors to enjoy a meal and social activities such as exercise classes and local tours. Low-cost and no-cost services are available.
