    Personal Care

    Personal Care Aide 2- These services are designed to help clients with normal daily activities and monitor the medical conditions of clients who are functionally impaired/disabled. The types of activities that the PCA II aide performs are comparable to those that a family member would perform for the person in need. PCA II aides provide assistance with walking, bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, preparing meals and feeding. The aide also helps to maintain the home environment which includes light cleaning, laundry, shopping and keeping the home safe. The client’s vital signs, such as respiratory & pulse rate as well as temperature are observed. The aide may also remind the client to take prescribed medication(s).
