Topics vary each week and focus on the basics of nutrition and sustainable changes with individualization to help participants achieve their health goals. We offer both virtual and in-person classes.

GroceryRx is a free 12-week long nutrition and cooking program with topics that vary each week. Eligibility criteria for a class is a positive screen for food insecurity and diagnosis of chronic, diet-related illness. While in class, participants receive fresh grocery deliveries to their home or via our mobile market. A physicians referral and recent lab work is required for participation.
