    Memory Evaluation

    We cannot control getting older however, how you age is up to you!.  At Memory Fit we believe you can live your best life despite advance years in age.  Our goal is to help you keep your memory intact so that you can continue to participate in all the things you envisioned yourself doing later in life.  We accomplish our goal by means of our Memory Training courses.

    Memory Training is 12 weeks  for 4 weeks each month.  Memory Foundation is the first week session in which you learn facts about your brain.  Week 2 starts with Memory Everyday which is a series of courses that teach you strategies to navigate real life memory issues, good memory habits, the Big 4 Factors for the prevention of dementia, and foods that our brain and heart love.  Our courses are ideal for people over the age of 50 with normal age -related memory complaints.

Description of Organization

Memory Fit provides Memory Training as a prevention for the development of dementia.  Our Memory Training courses are 4 weeks each month for a total of 12 weeks.  Memory Foundation is week one in which participants learn about the brain.  Memory Everyday starts week two through week 10 in which participants learn the types of memory we use daily, strategies to navigate real life everyday memory issues, the Big 4 Factors for the prevention of dementia, and food that support brain and heart health.  Participants are encouraged to attend and participate all 12 weeks to receive the fullest benefit from our Memory Training courses.  All participants receive a complimentary memory assessment.  Please visit our website at memoryfit1.com to learn more.  You may also contact a Certified Memory Trainer at 803-205-4006 for additional information or questions.  This program is ideal for individuals with normal age-related memory complaints.  Our courses is not for people diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer's Disease.
