Merit Transit strives to be an on-time leader in the medical and specialized transportation industry by providing safe, timely, and exceptional service in each community served. Increased mobility for those in need of specialized transport is our goal. We solve wheelchair and stretcher transportation services needs in our local area. We service five levels of passenger needs: ambulatory, wheelchair, Xl wheelchair, stretcher, and bariatric stretcher. We provide transports for all forms of transportation: medical, non-medical, specialty, essential (shopping), doctor appointments, discharges from hospitals or facilities, dialysis (3 times a week), transfers, short and long distance rides.
