Memory Evaluation
Our Dementia Support Services provide compassionate guidance, education, and practical support for individuals living with memory loss and the families who care for them. We help families better understand the progression of dementia, improve communication, navigate behaviors, coordinate care, and create meaningful engagement strategies tailored to each person’s needs. Services may include caregiver consultation, planning and problem solving, emotional support, resource guidance, and ongoing advocacy—offered virtually or in person.

Our Life Enrichment Companionship service provides caring social connection, meaningful engagement, and personalized support to help older adults remain active, connected, and emotionally fulfilled. Visits may include conversation, games, hobbies, walks, meal companionship, community outings, errands, movies, or attending social groups and activities. We tailor each visit to the client’s interests, preferences, and abilities while reducing isolation and enhancing overall quality of life.

We offer dependable, compassionate support that reduces stress, saves time, and helps clients remain comfortable and confident in their daily routines.
