    Information and Referral

The South Carolina Veteran Coalition (powered by Combined Arms) offers Veterans, service members, and their families a unified “no-wrong-door” platform that connects them to vetted services across the state — from housing, employment, education, and mental health, to benefits navigation and family support. The Coalition links Veterans and military families to local organizations, state agencies, and federal programs, ensuring that regardless of where someone lives or how they first seek help, they have access to the resources they need.

The Palmetto Pathfinder program is a state-facilitated mentorship program designed to connect transitioning service members and Veterans with mentors. Pathfinders are thriving South Carolina Veterans looking to help transitioning service members navigate the process of leaving the military. Pathfinders also assist established Veterans in their community by connecting them with resources through the South Carolina Veteran Coalition.
