Comfort Way Transport LLC. is a locally owned Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company serving Greenville and Spartanburg counties in South Carolina. We provide safe, reliable transportation for wheelchair and ambulatory patients to dialysis appointments, medical appointments, hospital discharges, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and outpatient procedures. Our trained medical transportation professionals ensure comfort, punctuality, and compassionate care. 

A nonprofit organization made up of local Christian Churches united to provide short-term emergency assistance to those in need in the name of Christ.

Community Home Care is dedicated to providing the highest quality of home care services available.  Your dignity, respect and personalized plan of care is most important.  Our caregivers are state and federally screened for criminal history, drug tested, have annual Tuberculosis screening, competency tested upon hire, compassionate, caring and RN supervised.  We provide the following services to adults and children....bathing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, light house keeping, shopping/errand, medication reminders, transportation to appointments and much more.

CSRA Home Care Services is a trusted, non-medical in-home care provider dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. We offer personalized care tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring safety, dignity, and compassion in every service we provide. Our team is committed to delivering dependable, client-centered support you can count on. 

St. Cyprian Outreach Center provides utility and Rental Assistance, and food pantry.

Senior Center offering: Group Dining, Home Delivered Meals, House Keeping, Transportation, Arthritis Exercise, Group Activities, Information and Referral, Telephone Reassurance, Alzheimer's Support Group, and Volunteer Program. Low and no cost services are available. 

DayBreak Adult Care Services provides in-home, personal care service to residents of The Midlands area (Richland and Lexington Counties), Aiken, Hilton Head/Bluffton, and Greenville area. Our services include bathing, dressing, companionship, household chores, meal preparation, errands, medication reminders. Our services are tailored to each person's needs and a free in-home consultation is provided. Sitting services are also available for patients in hospitals, nursing homes, and other types of facilities. If you don't see what you are needing, call us. Dedicated Senior Medical is a primary care center for seniors and adults with disabilities.

Dementia Dialogues® is a nationally registered and evidence-informed, intervention program. This 5-module training course is designed to educate community members and caregivers (formal or informal) for persons who exhibit signs and symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD). The modules cover valuable information and recommendations including an overview of dementia, strategies for effective communication, understanding the environment and ways to promote independence, addressing challenging behaviors, and creative problem solving. Dementia Dialogues® is offered nationwide by Certified Instructors in-person and virtually, and as a virtual self-guided training at no cost to participants. Dementia Dialogues® is provided through Office of the Study of Aging at the Arnold School of Public Health, University of South Carolina.

The Department of Social Services provides protective services for children and vulnerable adults, adoption, and foster care services. It administers federal Title IV-B Child Welfare Services and Title IV-E Foster Care and Adoption Assistance programs. 

Additionally, a commodities program distributes supplemental food through a network of food banks. Other food programs provide financial assistance for child and adult care providers, homeless shelters, and summer feeding sites for children.

We help seniors and older adults with non-medical activities of daily living including meal preparation, assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation and much more. Destiny Home Cares are available on an hourly or a live-in-basis. We are the experts when it comes to 24-hour live-in care.

Protection and Advocacy for People with Disabilities Inc. (P&A) is a statewide non-profit working to protect and advance the rights of people with disabilities. P&A provides information and referrals, training, abuse and neglect investigation, legal representation, and advocacy for policy change.

Diversified Training Consultants Group provides senior care management and dementia care planning while helping families navigate long term care.

Divine Care at Home is a non-medical team of compassionate professionals, trained to assist in the care of clients in the comfort of their own home. We assistant with bathing, dressing, remind of medication, light housekeeping, running errands, prepare meals, and more. We consider each client to be a member of our family while delivering personal care and compassion. We can help you, or your loved one, to maintain a comfortable way of life at home as long as possible. Our goal is to provide honesty, integrity, and great customer service in everything we do.

At Dorchester Seniors, Inc., adults 50+ find fitness classes, social activities, nutrition & dining, transportation, and our Second Change Program - all designed to help you live well every day in Dorchester County. Our home delivered meal program provides fresh, dietitian-approved lunches delivered directly to the doorsteps of homebound seniors. Low-cost and no-cost services are available.

Edgefield County Senior Citizens Council, Inc., is a private non-profit, non-governmental organization 501© that has been providing services for Edgefield County citizens over the age of 60 since 1972. 

We provide meals, transportation, and a meal site. We are here to promote well  being and to enhance the quality of life for older adults in Edgefield, Johnston, Trenton, and parts of North Augusta. 

Edward Jones provides financial services to include retirement planning investments and long term care planning.
