Founded in 1982, Golden Harvest Food Bank works to create a safety net of food distribution partners, programs, and direct services to meet the needs of our neighbors who struggle with hunger across our 24-county service area. With a network of over 325 Hunger Relief Partners, we can get nutritious meals directly into the hands of those in need through organizations embedded in their communities. 

We believe that everyone in our community should have enough nutritious food to live a happy, healthy life. We strive to increase access to healthy food and foster long-term stability for neighbors in need with the help of our donors, partners, and volunteers.

Gourmade Meals In Your Home, LLC prepares and deliver healthy and delicious meals to individuals in their home. Meals include 3 plans to choose from: Full, Heart Healthy, & Simply Healthier. We also provide services to individuals with dietary limitations.

Greater Greenwood United Ministry, established in 1995, is a 501c3 non-profit organization that assists individuals in the community with spiritual, physical, and emotional needs. With the help of a partnership with Christian churches, business, and industries, the Ministry helps individuals move beyond their life or medical crisis to make better life choices that will help them sustain themselves and their families.

We offer a free medical clinic for people without insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. We also offer a monthly mobile Free Medical Clinic for the Saluda area. 

The Greenville Area Parkinson Society (GAPS) is a local non-profit organization in the Upstate of South Carolina that offers support, education, and advocacy to people living with Parkinson's Disease, their care partners, spouses and families.

For over 50 years our mission has remained the same; to ensure that no one in the greater Greer community is hungry, without adequate clothing, or socially isolated. And we fulfill this mission through our Meals on Wheels and Senior Dining programs as well as our food pantry, and clothing closet.

Griswold Home Care is a community-based service in Hilton Head that provides an affordable solution for individuals or couples who require non-medical assistance in order to remain safely in their homes. The service includes personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, along with transportation and errands if needed. Our services can be arranged for 6, 12, or 24 hour care. Custom shifts can be offered at 2 and 4 hour shifts. Care is available seven days a week, including holidays.

Medicare/Medicaid Certified Hospice agency, providing skilled nursing care, medical social services, chaplain, certified nursing assistants, volunteers, grief counseling as well as medical supplies and equipment and medications. Pharmacy services available 24/7 for hospice patients.

Guardian Angel Senior Care is a home health agency that provides structured caregiving services to seniors in South Carolina. They provide non-skilled services and help with activities of daily living. 

We are a Direct Referral Agency specializing in the recruitment and placement of experienced independent caregivers with seniors on a direct-hire basis. Our clients are credentialed, verified, and screened.
