Assigned Direct Care Workers provide personal, social, and domestic care and supervision at a level appropriate to the individual client.   Our services are non-medical which include but are not limited to the following: personal care, companionship, diabetic, dementia, and Alzheimer’s care, assistance with daily living activities, and transportation for the elderly, chronically ill, physically, or mentally challenged individuals, and those recently discharged from the hospital.

CarePatrol helps seniors and their families in the Pee Dee and Grand Strand areas find and transition into Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care free of charge.

Dementia Dialogues® is a nationally registered and evidence-informed, intervention program. This 5-module training course is designed to educate community members and caregivers (formal or informal) for persons who exhibit signs and symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD). The modules cover valuable information and recommendations including an overview of dementia, strategies for effective communication, understanding the environment and ways to promote independence, addressing challenging behaviors, and creative problem solving. Dementia Dialogues® is offered nationwide by Certified Instructors in-person and virtually, and as a virtual self-guided training at no cost to participants. Dementia Dialogues® is provided through Office of the Study of Aging at the Arnold School of Public Health, University of South Carolina.

Griswold Home Care is a community-based service in Hilton Head that provides an affordable solution for individuals or couples who require non-medical assistance in order to remain safely in their homes. The service includes personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, along with transportation and errands if needed. Our services can be arranged for 6, 12, or 24 hour care. Custom shifts can be offered at 2 and 4 hour shifts. Care is available seven days a week, including holidays.
