Sharing Hope Healthcare, Inc. was founded in February 2024 with a mission to help as many individuals as possible to live healthier lives through our educational workshops, outreach, and programs tailored to assisting vulnerable individuals with in-home care, transportation, companion care, sitter services, and more. 

We proudly provide non-medical home care and transportation services to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses. We serve seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and people of all ages who need professional, at-home health care support. We’re here to assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, and other personal needs—always delivered with warmth and understanding. Also, we offer reliable and safe transportation services designed to meet a wide range of needs. Our services include ambulatory transport for individuals who can walk with assistance, wheelchair transport for those requiring mobility support, stretcher transport for patients needing medical care during transit, and specialized transport for minors.

 At Wellhaven Home Care, our experienced caregivers enable our clients to thrive in the comfort of their own home by preparing meals, tidying living spaces, running errands, and assisting with basic life functions, like bathing and dressing. Wellhaven Home Care also offers boutique solutions for your individual needs such as transportation services, Rise & Shine morning visits and Tuck-In evening visits.

The center is a voluntary health and welfare nonprofit corporation that helps the community and acts as an advocate for the elderly that is funded at many levels. Their services include home meal delivery that provides hot meals to home bound individuals, as well as reliable transportation and a group dinning area for socialization. 

The Allendale County Office on Aging provides services to seniors age 60 and older that assist in helping them maintain their independence. The services we provide are home delivered meals, congregate meals, and transportation. Low and no-cost services available. 

Horry County Council on Aging, Inc. is a private 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation founded in 1975 to provide senior care services throughout Horry County. We provide group dining, transportation to and from our centers, for those who can't drive. Home delivered hot and frozen meals to the homebound clients. We also provide home maker services for our elderly, 60 years of age or older as well as exercise and educational information on their health and nutrition. 

Entrusted Health Care Solutions is an in-home care agency serving the Rock Hill and Fort Mill, SC areas. They provide non-medical personal care, companion services, leisure and appointment transportation, and memory care support for aging or disabled adults in the entire state of South Carolina. 

Piedmont Agency on Aging provides free home-delivered meals to seniors 60 and older in Greenwood, Abbeville, Laurens and Saluda Counties. Other services provided are senior center meals and transportation to the centers and medical appointments. Low and no cost services are available. 

We help seniors and older adults with non-medical activities of daily living including meal preparation, assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation and much more. Destiny Home Cares are available on an hourly or a live-in-basis. We are the experts when it comes to 24-hour live-in care. 

Always Best Care Greenville has been a SC licensed home care provider (IHCP-0136) since 2010.  Our caregivers and aides are experienced and are our employees; they are insured and bonded, and pass pre-hire and quarterly criminal background checks, drug screens, and DMV checks. We provide Non-Medical Care in your home, or in your Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory care or Active Adult Living Community apartment, or in your Nursing Home or Hospital room.  We also offer a unique Out-Patient Procedure Transportation Service when you need someone to stay with you during your procedure.  We accept all major credit cards, VA benefits, Long Term Care insurance, and Respite vouchers.

Karing In Mind LLC is a licensed provider in the State of SC that provides in-home care and assistance with activities of daily living. Transportation is not provided with these services. Aides cannot accompany you to your appointments or daily errands.

McLeod Home Care provides excellent care to aging seniors and adults who want to age in place. We provide assistance with personal care, Alzheimer's and all forms of dementia care, food prep, light housekeeping, transportation for those who need a bit more assistance and loving companionship along the way. We are family owned and operated. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve those in need.

We are a comprehensive resource for those in Aiken, Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Calhoun and Orangeburg counties. The Lower Savannah Council of Governments  helps develop, write and administer grants; provides research and data for planning and decision-making; offers access to the Aging, Disability & Transportation Resource Center and coordinates the region’s workforce development programs.

We offer non-medical in-home care services that include companionship, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, shaving, grooming, oral care, skin care, feeding assistance, turning/transfers, and toileting/incontinence care. We also help with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, prescription pick up, and transportation/escort to appointments or running errands.

5 Star has their own employees that are bonded and insured. Our employees go through a rigorous background check and screening.

We accept many forms of payment including: private pay, CLTC MCD, LTC insurance, VA, and Workers Comp.  

Edgefield County Senior Citizens Council, Inc., is a private non-profit, non-governmental organization 501© that has been providing services for Edgefield County citizens over the age of 60 since 1972. 

We provide meals, transportation, and a meal site. We are here to promote well  being and to enhance the quality of life for older adults in Edgefield, Johnston, Trenton, and parts of North Augusta. 

Our Home Care agency promotes positive aging by providing the best quality of care at our client's home or at a facility.  We are a 24/7 service that can provide one-on-one personal care and/or companion care.  We have skilled caregivers in Alzheimer's and Dementia and also have a Parkinson's care program.  Our goal is to keep your loved one's safe and comfortable and happy.  We offer transportation for them to run their errands, visit friends, go to medical appointments or just to enjoy a ride out on a nice day.   Our caregivers can help with med reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep and assist with your loved one's daily tasks.

We gladly accept private pay clients. Our vehicles are ADA compliant and prices are more affordable than other local transport companies that provide similar services. We specialize in transporting individuals that are confined to the use of wheelchairs. Our drivers are fully screened, background checked and thoroughly trained.

OurHome2YourHome is a boarding home located in the Spartanburg,SC area. We provide 3 meals per day, WiFi internet, landline phone, indoor/outdoor activities, transportation to and from appointments. medication and hygiene reminders, along with laundry service. Additionally; each resident’s room is equipped with a tv and streaming service provided at no extra charge. Our rooms average 2 beds per room. 

By providing meals, transportation, and social interaction to older adults, Aiken Senior Life Services – a private, charitable nonprofit organization established in 1971 – allows Aiken County seniors to gracefully age in place. 

Aiken Senior Life Services, in partnership with Meals on Wheels America, provides a hot, nutritious meal to any senior who is unable to leave their home or who has difficulty preparing a meal. These meals are delivered by volunteers that provide important social interaction to homebound seniors. These visits, which serve as important “wellness checks,” often turn into lasting friendships. Low-cost and no-cost services are available. 

Beyond Blessings Homecare is dedicated to supporting individuals while receiving compassionate, personalized assistance in the comfort of their own homes. Their services focus on enhancing quality of life through attentive companion care, safe and reliable transportation to appointments or errands, and light housekeeping that helps create a clean, comfortable living environment. By offering thoughtful, client-centered support, the organization ensures that daily routines remain manageable and dignified for seniors and individuals needing extra help. 

Senior Resources is a non-profit organization that coordinates services, provides resources and encourages the personal choices that allow Midland's area senior citizens to remain independent. Services include meal opportunities (home-delivered meals and group dining meals) and wellness centers (senior centers). Volunteer opportunities are available each weekday for Meals on Wheels.  Low and no-cost services are available. 

Caring Healthcare provides in home personal care services to elderly, disabled, and special needs children. We offer assistance with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, supervision, transportation of adults, errands, assistance with ambulation & transfers.  In addition to in home care we also provide private sitting for clients during hospitalizations, while staying in a rehab facility after hospitalization, and for added supervision and assistance while staying in an assisted living facility.  We are available to provide services from 2 to 24 hours daily as needed.
