The COMET, officially the Central Midlands Regional Transit Authority (CMRTA), is a regional transportation authority formed by Richland County, City of Columbia, and Lexington County by the Central Midlands Council of Governments.
 

The COMET provides transit services on 47 fixed routes, five ReFlex services, vanpool service for commuters, subsidy programs with Uber and Lyft and DART for transportation to grocery stores and at night, ADA complementary paratransit service throughout Richland and portions of Lexington Counties and eight Blue Bike bikeshare stations in Downtown Columbia. The COMET transports approximately 2.2 million passenger trips a year on a fleet of more than 90 buses, vans and trolleys. Transit services are provided under contract with RATP Dev USA, Inc., Enterprise Holdings, Lyft, Uber and Bewegen.

Located near McLeod Health Clarendon and Lake Marion, HopeHealth Pediatrics in Manning is a primary pediatric and adolescent health care provider for newborns, infants, young children, adolescents, and teens.

HopeHealth’s board-certified pediatricians have years of experience in providing excellent health care to children of all ages. As part of the newly renovated HopeHealth in Manning campus, HopeHealth Pediatrics in Manning is located in Building C.

Mobility Plus offers a Steam Sanitizing Cleaning Service to kill harmful bacteria that could linger on your device. Steam reaches places that wipes and liquids can't.

We utilize a HIPAA-compliant database that tracks each client's ordering history, feedback, notes from Case Managers, etc. Every client's order is maintained in their respective account and includes the number of meals for each delivery and delivery verification.

We specialize in transporting individuals that are confined to the use of wheelchairs. Our drivers are fully screened, background checked and thoroughly trained.

Protection and Advocacy for People with Disabilities Inc. (P&A) is a statewide non-profit working to protect and advance the rights of people with disabilities. P&A provides information and referrals, training, abuse and neglect investigation, legal representation, and advocacy for policy change.
