Helms Gordon Residential Care is an all female assisted living facility that provides 32 beds, congregate meal settings, and personal care.

The mission of the SC Respite Coalition is to expand respite opportunities in South Carolina for families of loved ones with special needs.

The Coalition’s goals are to:

• Educate the public and specific groups about the need for respite care.
• Develop strategies to provide and improve respite services for families.
• Provide support for families and providers through coordinated information resources. 

The SC Respite Coalition is the only entity in the state committed to addressing the needs for respite across the lifespan for all persons caring for a child or adult who has special needs. Lead organizations in the development of the Respite Coalition have been Family Connection of SC, Inc., the Center for Disability Resources at the USC School of Medicine, and the Institute for Families in Society at the University of South Carolina.

In addition to personal care, MPHC provides phlebotomy services in their own labs or they can personal travel to your home to meet you.

Faith based option for Hospice care.

I am a Senior Care Advisor - helping families navigate aging resources. I provide in-home assessments, therapeutic recreation program and activities, assistance with bringing resources into the home of a senior, allowing them to maintain as much independence as possible. I also provide assistance with researching available funding, long term care placement options and referrals to local geriatric practitioners.

Divine Care at Home is a non-medical team of compassionate professionals, trained to assist in the care of clients in the comfort of their own home. We assistant with bathing, dressing, remind of medication, light housekeeping, running errands, prepare meals, and more. We consider each client to be a member of our family while delivering personal care and compassion. Care Patrol helps seniors and their families locate and transition into Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care free of charge. 

Aiken County Board of Disabilities provides case management to individuals of all ages in the counties listed below. We are a disabilities and special needs board that assists individuals with planning and securing the services the services they need. We serve the counties of Aiken, Barnwell, Edgefield, Greenwood, McCormick, Lexington, Orangeburg, and Saluda using a person-centered philosophy. 

We provide Guardianship, Guardian Ad Litem, Conservator, and Fiduciary services for vulnerable or incapacitated individuals.  We have been providing these services since 2015 in South Carolina (and can also provide services in North Carolina).  

Care Partners LLC is owned by Seth Zamek.  Seth holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration, is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician and a Certified Dementia Care Specialist.  Seth has over 30-years experience in the healthcare and guardianship field, most recently as the owner and Executive Director of Senior Helpers.  He has worked extensively in the Probate Courts and with Probate Court Judges and staff in South Carolina.  Seth currently serves on the Boards of Directors for the SC Alzheimer's Association, the Parkinson Association of the Carolina's, the SC Home Care and Hospice Association, and the SC Commerce Department's Catawba Regional Education Center.

Zamek is personally involved in every client case Care Partners LLC agrees to take on.  The organization serves vulnerable or incapacitated individuals of all ages and prides itself on being very responsive to the Courts, Attorneys, families petitioning the Court and clients.

Provides services and supports to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism and persons with brain or spinal cord injuries.

We provide non-medical in home care services.
