The Marion County Council on Aging has been providing home and community-based services for Marion County residents age 60 and older, who live in an independent living situation and have demonstrated need for services. 

AGB and Associates, LLC provides:

-Comprehensive assessment of health care needs and living requirements

-Research on available community resources; including housing, home care, medical, legal, counseling and support.

-Management of ongoing services and care providers, including periodic visits to the home, hospital or facility.

-Enhanced communications among family members, caregivers and health care providers.

Hospice & Palliative Care of the Piedmont is your community non-profit network of care that provides expert life-changing health care for those living with advanced illnesses. The York County Council on Aging offers numerous services aimed at keeping the senior citizens of York and Chester counties living independently and productively.

Our goals of promoting health and wellness, and our coordination of key services have provided the priceless gift of independence for many seniors in York and Chester counties.

We are the only community health center in the nation also designated as an Area Agency on Aging and an Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) by the State of South Carolina, the Administration on Aging and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Called Vantage Point, we are the first place to get accurate, unbiased information on all aspects of life-related to aging or living with a disability.

Charleston Area Senior Citizens Services Inc. (CASC) has been operating on the front lines fighting hunger in the lives of low income senior citizens since 1967. Their dedicated team provides hot, healthy meals to those who need it most, ensuring seniors remain nourished, independent, and connected to their community. The senior center has hosted varied activities and programs for senior citizens in the greater Charleston community. CASC also offers a variety of volunteer roles that help assist the lives of seniors such as companionship, transportation, and help with activities of daily living. 

Carrick Consulting offers Daily Money Management services to meet the needs of seniors and clients with disabilities who can handle most tasks of daily living, but find it difficult to keep up with routine paperwork and bill paying requirements. The Carrick Consulting team can help gather, analyze and organize assets; explain the client's personal financial statements and budget requirements, including a Medicare plan review, if applicable; establish a budget; manage incoming mail; set up automated bill payments; provide a monthly report on income and expenditures; handle tax preparation; and research billing disputes.

Carrick Consulting can also act as Trustee, Durable Power of Attorney or Conservator where clients cannot handle the financial tasks for themselves.  

Caregivers of the Upstate specializes in care and daily living assistance to an array of individuals. Whether you need daily or weekly assistance due to aging, illness, recovery, or rehabilitation, our care givers will provide an individualized service that you can trust. 

We provide background screenings and drug testing for all caregivers prior to placement. Our supervisory nurses assess and work with each client to create the proper care plan and routinely visit to address any plan changes. We provide workers compensation and liability insurance coverages for all caregivers.
