The Blake at Woodcreek Farms does not require a “buy-in” fee, but utilizes a month-to-month rental fee structure starting at $3925.

 Our residents have access to a choice of home health agencies that provide regular personal care assessments. Staff members who are on call 24 hours a day work with residents to tailor plans for all levels of care needed, with services including medication reminders and administration, incontinence care, special nutritional counseling and escort and transfer assistance available if and when needed. Residents also can obtain bathing, dressing and grooming assistance and medication administration as necessary.

Oftentimes, if they are eligible, it can make private-pay communities an affordable option. There is no charge to the patient or their family for this personalized service.
