Our vision is to provide a continuum of care for active, aging and homebound individuals by providing daily meals, social, cultural and educational activities and connecting individuals and their families to the services to ensure they are a valued member of our community. Pickens County Meals on Wheels serves hot, weekday meals to over 360 homebound clients in Pickens County daily. The program also includes Young at Heart, a place for older adults to participate in activities, social connection, and dine for lunch. No cost and low cost services are available.
