Trinity Home Care is a locally owned and operated home care agency serving seniors across Spartanburg and Greenville counties in South Carolina. We provide compassionate, personalized in-home care services - including companionship, assistance with daily living activities, and support for safe recovery after hospital discharge - so that seniors can remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. We offer a wide variety of activities to enhance the quality of life for our participants and their families. We serve both the senior population and young adults with developmental disabilities, individualizing programs to assist them to continue to grow, learn and contribute to the society. A hot lunch is served daily. 

We also offer free trial day passes at our day centers for those who would like to try it out, and accept many payer sources, such as Medicaid and VA.

VR prepares and assists eligible South Carolinians with disabilities to achieve and maintain competitive employment.

Griswold Home Care is a community-based service that provides an affordable solution for individuals or couples who require non-medical assistance in order to remain safely in their homes. The service includes personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, along with transportation and errands if needed. Our services can be arranged for as few as 2 hours a week, or as many as 24 hours a day. Care is available seven days a week, including holidays.

Our rates in the Charleston area:

• Hourly 4+ $15.00/hour
• Live in care $145.00 per day
• Hourly Less than 4 $18.25/hour

Fresh Food Boxes are filled with 9 to 11 varieties of fresh fruits and vegetables. With the contents changing weekly, it’s an affordable and exciting way to eat healthy food. Bulk buying at wholesale prices makes our boxes more affordable than buying produce at retail stores.
