Neighbor to Neighbor of South Carolina, Inc. (N2N), a 501(c)3 nonprofit, promotes independence, relieves isolation, and connects homebound adults to their community through transportation.  Utilizing volunteer drivers, N2N coordinates transportation to medical related appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, therapy appointments, and many other quality of life destinations.  

N2N is always looking for passionate volunteers in Horry and Georgetown County.  If you or anyone you know is interested, please share N2N with them.

Established Senior center in Bennettsville, SC serving Marlboro County. We feature educational speakers, nutrition and health information, games, crafts, and exercise led by certified instructors. Along with various entertainment we end with a hot lunch served Monday through Friday. 

For home-bound seniors, meals are delivered to their home Monday through Friday. 

the McCormick County Senior Center offers a vibrant and inclusive community space for citizens age 60-plus. Our center provides a wide range of engaging activities and events tailored to the interests and needs of our senior community.  Our daily program for seniors includes morning coffee and conversation, organized activities and dining in our cafe. 

Lexington County Recreation & Aging Commission's Aging Program is a special purpose district whose mission is to improve the quality of life of older adults throughout Lexington County through creative, meaningful, life enriching experiences. This is done through the provision of program services, facilities, and education. Some programs and services may depend on available funds, an individual's severity of need, and the geographic location of the individual. Low and no-cost services are available.

Founded in 1982, Golden Harvest Food Bank works to create a safety net of food distribution partners, programs, and direct services to meet the needs of our neighbors who struggle with hunger across our 24-county service area. With a network of over 325 Hunger Relief Partners, we can get nutritious meals directly into the hands of those in need through organizations embedded in their communities. 

We believe that everyone in our community should have enough nutritious food to live a happy, healthy life. We strive to increase access to healthy food and foster long-term stability for neighbors in need with the help of our donors, partners, and volunteers.

 Simplicity Pharmacy Services and Wellness Center, inc. is a Concierge Pharmacy Consulting Practice comprised of licensed and Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacists who work with Seniors, Caregivers, and their Healthcare Providers to design 

customized medication management and wellness programs so that Seniors can age in place. We will do a Medication Risk Assessment to check for drug interactions and appropriate dosing, perform Falls Risk Assessments, and look for opportunities to safely remove or decrease any unnecessary or potentially harmful medications. Our overall mission is to Simplify Medication Regimens, Promote Wellness, and Empower Families.

Providing services for the well being of persons aged 60 and over and advocating for them.

We provide group dining, transportation to and from our centers, for those who can't drive. Home delivered hot and frozen meals to the homebound clients. We also provide home maker services for our elderly, 60 years of age or older as well as exercise and educational information on their health and nutrition. 

The Alzheimer's Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research. The South Carolina Chapter serves the entire state through network of offices in Greenville, Spartanburg, Columbia and Charleston.

The mission of Bamberg County Office on Aging is to contribute to the well-being and improve the quality of life for older adults in Bamberg County and to provide activities and services that promote independence and continuing participation in the community.

Piedmont Agency on Aging provides free home-delivered meals to seniors 60 and older in Greenwood, Abbeville, Laurens and Saluda Counties. Other services provided are senior center meals and transportation to the centers and medical appointments. Low and no cost services are available.

Edgefield County Senior Citizens Council, Inc., is a private non-profit, non-governmental organization 501© that has been providing services for Edgefield County citizens over the age of 60 since 1972. 

We provide meals, transportation, and a meal site. We are here to promote well  being and to enhance the quality of life for older adults in Edgefield, Johnston, Trenton, and parts of North Augusta.

The York County Council on Aging offers numerous services aimed at keeping the senior citizens of York and Chester counties living independently and productively.

Our goals of promoting health and wellness, and our coordination of key services have provided the priceless gift of independence for many seniors in York and Chester counties.

The mission of the SC Respite Coalition is to expand respite opportunities in South Carolina for families of loved ones with special needs.

The Coalition’s goals are to:

• Educate the public and specific groups about the need for respite care.
• Develop strategies to provide and improve respite services for families.
• Provide support for families and providers through coordinated information resources. 

The SC Respite Coalition is the only entity in the state committed to addressing the needs for respite across the lifespan for all persons caring for a child or adult who has special needs. Lead organizations in the development of the Respite Coalition have been Family Connection of SC, Inc., the Center for Disability Resources at the USC School of Medicine, and the Institute for Families in Society at the University of South Carolina.

HopeHealth in Aiken is 1 of 3 Infectious Disease Treatment and Prevention Centers, and is committed to providing infectious disease services to Aiken, Allendale, and Barnwell Counties. The site opened its doors in 2005, providing case management services to individuals living with HIV. The site has since expanded its services to include community education, STI prevention, and Personal Health Clinic. Personal Health Clinic appointments are available to accommodate walk-in STI screenings, Hepatitis C care, PrEP, PEP, and traditional women’s health services such as PAP smears.

Clinical Services

Clinical services consist of medical care and treatment related specifically to a patient’s diagnosis. The clinical staff team includes a medical office assistant, a nurse and a provider. The team meets with patients at least quarterly to assign and review patients’ medications, labs and coordinate any referrals for specialty care services.

For more than 50 years, SENIOR Solutions has proudly served Upstate seniors and their families. We offer Senior Centers, Adult Day Care, Transportation, Assisted Living, Insurance Services, and Group Dining. Our mission every day is to enable seniors to live independently and get the essential care they need within the Upstate community. 

FCCOA is a nonprofit based in Winnsboro, SC, that collaborates with organizations in Fairfield County on providing senior services. FCCOA receives funding and guidance from federal, state, local governments and generous donors to carry out its mission of providing senior services and resources to improve the quality of life for the county's senior population.

Vision - Fairfield County Council on Aging aims to address the physical, social, mental and emotional needs of the elder population by equipping them with knowledge, assisting them with nutritional requirements and providing access to programs and services designed to elevate their well-being. Serving the Greater Charleston area, Let's Walk is a free service founded by a Physical Therapist to connect people, who need a companion to walk outside, with volunteers who can help. 

Central Midlands Area Agency on Aging promotes a positive experience of aging for older individuals, the disabled community and their families. Serving Richland, Lexington, Newberry and Fairfield counties.

• Contracts with local council on aging agencies for services.
• Regional Aging and Disability Advisory Committee (RADAC) assist the Council of Governments in fulfilling the responsibilities of the AAA/ADRC.
• Majority of Aging Services are federally funded.
• Services provided include the Information Referral & Assistance Program, Family Caregiver Support Program and the I-CARE program.
