Koger Home Care, LLC is a non-medical home care agency. Our agency provides care to all age groups in many counties across the state. We strive to assist our clients with their Activities of Daily Living Skills (ADL’s), such as personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, feeding, walking, and medication reminders. Additionally, we offer errands, light cleaning, transportation, companionship, respite relief care, as well as live-in caregivers. Our services are designed to allow the client to stay in their home in lieu of residential nursing facilities.

We observe major holidays and will not provide services to clients during these times.  

We accept clients of all ages, and applicants over 18 years old.        

We are an online source for clothing that allows seniors and the disabled to accomplish the simple task of getting dressed when typical clothing is no longer able to be worn with comfort or ease in dressing. Authored provides clothing designed to address limited mobility, weakness, or cognitive inability due to aging, disease, disability, or injury. Hospice provider for the greater Columbia and Midlands area.

The Area Agency on Aging identifies the needs of seniors and disabled persons and existing services available. The Area Agency on Aging prepares a plan to meet these needs of the senior population. Whereas the ADRC will link the disabled person to the local resources available. The AAA and ADRC staff work with federal, state, and local officials, service providers, volunteers, and the private sector to encourage new services. Lowcountry AAA/ ADRC staff members are dedicated to improving the lives of the senior and disabled populations. Our staff is available to speak to community groups about the programs available.

LCFS provides Home Care service to the Low Country of South Carolina, offering a solution for individuals who want to maintain their independence at home but need assistance due to short- or long-term disability, illness or simply the natural aging process.
