OurHome2YourHome is a boarding home located in the Spartanburg,SC area. We provide 3 meals per day, WiFi internet, landline phone, indoor/outdoor activities, transportation to and from appointments. medication and hygiene reminders, along with laundry service. Additionally; each resident’s room is equipped with a tv and streaming service provided at no extra charge. Our rooms average 2 beds per room. 

Palliative Care of South Carolina was created to provide specialized medical care for people with serious illness. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for both the patient and the family. We focus on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of advance illness by providing a team of specialists that work alongside the patient’s physicians.

With palliative care, patients will receive physical, emotional and spiritual support. Palmetto Medicaid Eligibility Consulting, LLC, (PalmettoMEC) specializes in helping South Carolina residents qualify for nursing home and in-home care Medicaid.
