FCFB is a volunteer emergency food pantry that aids citizens of Fairfield County.

The Department of Social Services provides protective services for children and vulnerable adults, adoption, and foster care services. It administers federal Title IV-B Child Welfare Services and Title IV-E Foster Care and Adoption Assistance programs. 

Additionally, a commodities program distributes supplemental food through a network of food banks. Other food programs provide financial assistance for child and adult care providers, homeless shelters, and summer feeding sites for children.

St. Cyprian Outreach Center provides utility and Rental Assistance, and food pantry.

Broad Street Ministry Center, Inc., offers food and clothing pantry services to citizens in Aiken County. 

We are a non-profit ministry that serves the needs of individuals and families who are in crisis. We provide food, clothing, and on a limited basis financial assistance for utilities.

The Deep Well Project is a private social service agency helping people with basic services who are experiencing an emergency situation. Deep Well assists with rent payments, utilities, food, medicine, home repair and home furnishings. Our service area is Hilton Head Island and occasionally Bluffton.

Greater Greenwood United Ministry, established in 1995, is a 501c3 non-profit organization that assists individuals in the community with spiritual, physical, and emotional needs. With the help of a partnership with Christian churches, business, and industries, the Ministry helps individuals move beyond their life or medical crisis to make better life choices that will help them sustain themselves and their families.

We offer a free medical clinic for people without insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. We also offer a monthly mobile Free Medical Clinic for the Saluda area.

Mom's Meal's mission is to help keep seniors & individuals with disabilities in the comfort of their homes as long as possible by delivering nutritious meals directly to their homes. We have grown to provide daily in-home nutrition support for over 180,000 unique clients across the country. We utilize a HIPAA-compliant database that tracks each client's ordering history, feedback, notes from Case Managers, etc. Every client's order is maintained in their respective account and includes the number of meals for each delivery and delivery verification. 

Caring Hearts Gentle Hands, LLC is an in-home care company that is in memory of my dad, Retired Vietnam Veteran Ejnar A. Adams, Jr.  As a certified Nursing Assistance with the state of South Carolina, my company specializes in providing care and companionship to our elderly.  Whether you need daily or weekly assistance due to aging, my caregivers will provide an individualized service that you can trust.  My company provides a variety of health services, including transportation to and from appointments, medication reminders, meal preparation, personal care, housework and much more.

Catawba Area Agency on Aging (AAA) serves as the regional aging focal point and resource connection for seniors, adults with disabilities, caregivers, families and professionals

I am a Senior Care Advisor - helping families navigate aging resources. I provide in-home assessments, therapeutic recreation program and activities, assistance with bringing resources into the home of a senior, allowing them to maintain as much independence as possible. Griswold Home Care is a community-based service in Myrtle Beach that provides an affordable solution for individuals or couples who require non-medical assistance in order to remain safely in their homes. The service includes personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, along with transportation and errands if needed. Our services can be arranged for as few as 2 hours a week, or as many as 24 hours a day. Care is available seven days a week, including holidays.

Caring Healthcare provides in home personal care services to elderly, disabled, and special needs children. We offer assistance with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, supervision, transportation of adults, errands, assistance with ambulation & transfers.  In addition to in home care we also provide private sitting for clients during hospitalizations, while staying in a rehab facility after hospitalization, and for added supervision and assistance while staying in an assisted living facility.  We are available to provide services from 2 to 24 hours daily as needed.

The mission of Bamberg County Office on Aging is to contribute to the well-being and improve the quality of life for older adults in Bamberg County and to provide activities and services that promote independence and continuing participation in the community.

HopeHealth in Aiken is 1 of 3 Infectious Disease Treatment and Prevention Centers, and is committed to providing infectious disease services to Aiken, Allendale, and Barnwell Counties. The site opened its doors in 2005, providing case management services to individuals living with HIV. The site has since expanded its services to include community education, STI prevention, and Personal Health Clinic. Personal Health Clinic appointments are available to accommodate walk-in STI screenings, Hepatitis C care, PrEP, PEP, and traditional women’s health services such as PAP smears.

Clinical Services

Clinical services consist of medical care and treatment related specifically to a patient’s diagnosis. The clinical staff team includes a medical office assistant, a nurse and a provider. The team meets with patients at least quarterly to assign and review patients’ medications, labs and coordinate any referrals for specialty care services.
