We are a Non-Profit 501 3c Organization.  Our main service to seniors in SC is serving meals. We deliver hot and/or frozen meals to many areas in the county. We also serve meals on-site at two locations: the town of Bishopville and the SpringHill community. 
In addition to serving meals, we provide education, social, and recreational activities at our on-site locations. Low-cost and no-cost services available.  

Our mission is to create resourceful and resilient family caregivers through innovative programs that offer education, support and wellness. Our programs and services are provided free of charge.

We gladly accept private pay clients. Our vehicles are ADA compliant and prices are more affordable than other local transport companies that provide similar services. We specialize in transporting individuals that are confined to the use of wheelchairs. Our drivers are fully screened, background checked and thoroughly trained.

Serving communities across South Carolina, we provide senior care for those living with chronic illnesses, Alzheimer's, and dementia; private duty nursing for compassionate, one-on-one medical support in the comfort of home; and pediatric and special needs care for medically fragile children. 

Serving the Greater Charleston area, Let's Walk is a free service founded by a Physical Therapist to connect people, who need a companion to walk outside, with volunteers who can help. 

Lexington County Recreation & Aging Commission's Aging Program is a special purpose district whose mission is to improve the quality of life of older adults throughout Lexington County through creative, meaningful, life enriching experiences. This is done through the provision of program services, facilities, and education. Some programs and services may depend on available funds, an individual's severity of need, and the geographic location of the individual. Low and no-cost services are available. 

Lexington Senior Care Navigation provides senior care navigation, advocacy, and care management services for older adults and their families throughout Lexington and Richland counties. We help families navigate senior living options, home care, rehabilitation, memory care, hospice, financial and legal resources, veteran's benefits, and community services. Through personalized guidance, care coordination, education, and ongoing support, we simplify complex decisions and connect seniors with trusted local resources that promote safety, independence, and quality of life. 

Life Care Center of Columbia offers inpatient and outpatient Physical, Occupation and Speech therapies in its full-service Rehabilitation Center, which features state-of-the-art, specialized equipment. We also offer compassionate 24-hour Skilled Nursing Care, including Wound Care services, scheduled transportation services and a variety of daily life enrichment activities. Our homelike atmosphere, coupled with our private, semi-private, and suite room options makes Life Care Center of Columbia a choice for your continuum of care needs.

B Line Movers is a local Myrtle Beach moving company that offers senior moving services. They operate with professionalism and trust while treating every customer with respect.   

We provide Aging Life Care Management services. We assess our clients’ needs, educate them and their caregivers as to the best ways to meet these needs, connect them to resources, and provide on-going advocacy and Care Management services if requested. 

Love House Academy's Senior Day Program is designed for retired adults over the age of 60 who are looking for a place to remain healthy in Mind, Body, and Soul.  It is for Lowcountry seniors who seek a reputable local organization to help them enjoy life to its fullest.  Our Senior Day Program is also ideal for seniors who may otherwise be isolated in their home environment.

Love House Academy's Senior Day Program is free and open to the public.  Currently we are only delivering frozen meals to senior's residence for those who qualify.  If you are in need of free meals to be delivered to your residence due to medical, health, or inabilities, please contact us for support.

Love 2 HomeCare is a homecare agency serving Lakeview, South Carolina and surrounding areas. Homecare agencies provide non-medical personal care services that allow individuals to remain safely in their homes while receiving assistance with daily activities. 

Loving Me More Being a Better You LLC is an in-home care and community support service dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families in need of personal care assistance. Our mission is to provide compassionate, reliable, and professional care that allows clients to remain in the comfort of their own homes while maintaining dignity, independence, and safety. We offer a wide range of services including personal care, companionship, respite care, transportation assistance, and support with daily living activities. By combining trained caregivers with a client-centered approach, we ensure that every individual receives personalized support tailored to their unique health and lifestyle needs. In addition to in-home care, we are committed to community wellness initiatives and programs that promote education, family support, and overall well-being. 

LCFS provides Home Care service to the Low Country of South Carolina, offering a solution for individuals who want to maintain their independence at home but need assistance due to short- or long-term disability, illness or simply the natural aging process.

Our mobile farmers market sources from hundreds of farmers and operates on a biweekly schedule and has stops throughout the Charleston area. The market offers a sliding scale pricing system and anyone paying with SNAP/EBT gets $15 free produce with a $5 purchase. 

GroceryRx is a free 12-week long nutrition and cooking program with topics that vary each week. Eligibility criteria for a class is a positive screen for food insecurity and diagnosis of chronic, diet-related illness. While in class, participants receive fresh grocery deliveries to their home or via our mobile market. A physicians referral and recent lab work is required for participation. 

The Area Agency on Aging identifies the needs of seniors and disabled persons and existing services available. The Area Agency on Aging prepares a plan to meet these needs of the senior population. Whereas the ADRC will link the disabled person to the local resources available. The AAA and ADRC staff work with federal, state, and local officials, service providers, volunteers, and the private sector to encourage new services. Lowcountry AAA/ ADRC staff members are dedicated to improving the lives of the senior and disabled populations. Our staff is available to speak to community groups about the programs available.

We are a comprehensive resource for those in Aiken, Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Calhoun and Orangeburg counties. The Lower Savannah Council of Governments  helps develop, write and administer grants; provides research and data for planning and decision-making; offers access to the Aging, Disability & Transportation Resource Center and coordinates the region’s workforce development programs.

Lutheran Hospice is a non-profit, faith-based ministry that provides compassionate end-of-life care for patients and families of all faiths and beliefs

Lyons Prosthetics & Orthotics works to provide prosthesis and advanced orthotic braces, artificial limbs, O&P Care for amputations, orthopedic injury, and disabilities. We pride ourselves in our ability to actively listen to each person's unique needs and apply custom cutting edge prosthetic technology to meet those needs. Our facility is also wheelchair accessible.

Macon Changes Professional Counseling Services offers a team of counselors who are skilled and trained in person-centered therapies to support holistic healing. At MCPCS, we recognize the role of diet and lifestyle in maintaining stable mental health stability. This is why all of our counselors utilize a holistic approach in treating individuals we work with. We provide supportive and therapeutic interventions that ensure ongoing stability and holistic healing. 

 Magnolia Manor of Spartanburg provides personalized skilled nursing services designed to consider and address the needs of every patient.

Magnolia Memory Care provides valuable education, comprehensive resources, caregiver respite, and spiritual support in the Lancaster County area for those affected by Alzheimer's Disease and related disorders . We offer support groups, a 4 hour day program called Minds Matter, which includes exercise and music therapy, cognitive activities, a brain healthy lunch, and in-home occupational therapy with a doctor's referral.
