We offer support groups, a 4 hour day program called Minds Matter, which includes exercise and music therapy, cognitive activities, a brain healthy lunch, and in-home occupational therapy with a doctor's referral.

The Marion County Council on Aging has been providing home and community-based services for Marion County residents age 60 and older, who live in an independent living situation and have demonstrated need for services. 

Established Senior center in Bennettsville, SC serving Marlboro County. We feature educational speakers, nutrition and health information, games, crafts, and exercise led by certified instructors. Along with various entertainment we end with a hot lunch served Monday through Friday. 

For home-bound seniors, meals are delivered to their home Monday through Friday.

the McCormick County Senior Center offers a vibrant and inclusive community space for citizens age 60-plus. Our center provides a wide range of engaging activities and events tailored to the interests and needs of our senior community.  Our daily program for seniors includes morning coffee and conversation, organized activities and dining in our cafe. 

McLeod Home Care provides excellent care to aging seniors and adults who want to age in place. We provide assistance with personal care, Alzheimer's and all forms of dementia care, food prep, light housekeeping, transportation for those who need a bit more assistance and loving companionship along the way. Provides home-delivered meals and wellness checks to homebound individuals who are unable to prepare meals due to age, disability, or health conditions. The service supports independence and improves quality of life by ensuring access to nutritious food and regular social contact.

Clients must be homebound and unable to prepare meals themselves. Reversals are typically made by physicians, social service professionals, and other non profits. Volunteer opportunities available.  

Home-delivered meal providers play vital role in supporting the health and well-being of eligible Medicaid recipients by offering access to nutritious meals and reducing food insecurity.

the mission of Meals on Wheels - Anderson is to deliver hope for our senior and disabled neighbors in Anderson County through meal delivery and interaction that nourishes their physical and emotional needs.  

Additionally, we operate four group dining sites around Anderson County (City of Anderson, West Pelzer, Honea Path and Pendleton). These group dining sites allow non-homebound seniors to gather for a meal, socialization, and participation in physical and educational activities. We also coordinate safety lawn care services for seniors to help them navigate their own yards on a daily basis without fear of incident. Volunteer opportunities available.
