Mobile Phlebotomy and Health Care Services (MPHC) provides personal care services to seniors and adults with disabilities. These services include providing assistance with eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and activities of daily living as specified in the plan of care.

In addition to personal care, MPHC provides phlebotomy services in their own labs or they can personal travel to your home to meet you.

Mobility Plus Sells and Services a variety of Mobility products to get you where you want to go in style and comfort! Mobility Plus offers Mobility Scooters, Powered Wheelchairs (PWC), Lifts to fit your vehicle, stairway or home entrance. 

We have devices for inside your home as well. 

Mobility Plus carries Bathroom Safety Devices, Stair Lifts, Lift Chairs, Toilet Lifts and Ramps for doorways and entrances. 

Our Rental Program includes Scooters, PWC's, Lift Chairs, Manual Wheelchairs, Rollators and Knee Walkers. If your need is short term, RENT instead of buy!

At some point all batteries fail.

Mobility Plus's Battery Service can be performed at the store or at your location.

Mobility Plus offers a Steam Sanitizing Cleaning Service to kill harmful bacteria that could linger on your device. Steam reaches places that wipes and liquids can't.

PurFoods, LLC dba Mom’s Meals (“Mom’s Meals”) is a USDA-inspected food preparation and home-delivered meal service dedicated to providing delicious meals to our customers nationwide. Mom’s Meals strives to be the leading provider of aging, disabled and patient nutrition solutions that preserve health, help combat chronic disease, support recuperation and nourish independence for high-quality living at home. Mom's Meal's mission is to help keep seniors & individuals with disabilities in the comfort of their homes as long as possible by delivering nutritious meals directly to their homes. We have grown to provide daily in-home nutrition support for over 180,000 unique clients across the country. We utilize a HIPAA-compliant database that tracks each client's ordering history, feedback, notes from Case Managers, etc. Every client's order is maintained in their respective account and includes the number of meals for each delivery and delivery verification. 

The Montgomery Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic provides evaluation and treatment services for all ages. Focus areas include articulation, language, voice, hearing, stuttering, and everyday communication, among others. Individual and/or group programs may be recommended. Innovative services that align with research and best practices are conducted by graduate students under the direction of certified and licensed speech-language pathologists and audiologists. Individuals receiving services at the Center may be invited to participate in research during their treatment.

We are a daycare center that offers our services to older adults with on set early dementia and adults with disabilities 18 or older. We provide cognitive trainings, physical exercise, personal care, and companionship to all of our visitors. 

Mother DeVeaux Adult Daycare is a social non-profit organization that focuses on cognitive health and socialization.  We offer a service that not only supports an opportunity for respite care but also includes activities to help enrich the lives of our clients.

Personal Care Assistance is provided to the elderly, disabled, Head and Spinal Cord injury clients and children with disabilities. We accept clients who are under the waiver programs within the State of South Carolina and also work with DDSN, Medicaid, Private Insurance and self pay clients.

Inpatient Geriatric Behavioral Health

We are an inpatient crisis stabilization unit for patients 65 and older who are experiencing a mental health crisis or dementia related behavioral crisis and who are acute enough to warrant hospitalization.  We are a secured unit with 20 beds located inside KershawHealth Medical Center in Camden, SC.  Our Medical Director is Geriatric Psychiatrist, Kevin Nasky, DO and our staff consists of Dr. Nasky, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, social workers, activities therapist, RNs, LPNs and CNAs and a community education coordinator.  Our average length of stay is 10-12 days.  We accept all insurances at this time.

Myers Residential Care Facility provides care and support for the aging, disabled and handicap.

As a board-certified patient advocate in South Carolina, I work closely with seniors to ensure they have a voice in their healthcare decisions and receive the care they need. I facilitate communication between seniors and their healthcare providers, assist in understanding medical conditions and treatment options, and advocate for their preferences to be respected. I also help navigate complex healthcare systems, provide emotional support during challenging situations, educate on patient rights, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. By offering personalized services and empowering seniors to advocate for themselves, I strive to improve their overall well-being and quality of life and provide support for their loved ones.

 

Neighbor to Neighbor of South Carolina, Inc. (N2N), a 501(c)3 nonprofit, promotes independence, relieves isolation, and connects homebound adults to their community through transportation.  Utilizing volunteer drivers, N2N coordinates transportation to medical related appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, therapy appointments, and many other quality of life destinations.  

N2N is always looking for passionate volunteers in Horry and Georgetown County.  If you or anyone you know is interested, please share N2N with them.

A New Leaf Home Care is a locally owned, non-medical home care agency serving York, Lancaster, and Chester county, providing compassionate, reliable 24/7 in-home support for seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living. We help clients stay safe, independent, and comfortable at home through personalized care plans. 

Newberry County Council on Aging provides services to assist Newberry County Older Adults as they age-in-place. Services provided are: Home Delivered Meals, Group Dining/Senior Centers HomeCare, Transportation and Adult Day Health Care. Low/no cost services and volunteer opportunities are available.

Nurses on Call is a locally owned and operated home care provider with trained professionals. Patient rights, responsibilities, dignity and confidentiality are of the highest priority. Our care caregivers are interviewed and screened by a nurse. Background checks and drug screens mandatory.
