Our Mother's Voice provides information to empower individuals and families to advocate for appropriate and high-quality care and services when they need long-term care for themselves or loved ones.  We focus primarily on Quality of Life, Quality of Care, Resident Rights, and how to advocate within the service delivery system and the regulatory system.  We provide online information and in-person presentations for a wide variety of audiences.

Our Helping Hands is a patient advocacy organization that services seniors of Charleston South Carolina. We are dedicated to assisting you in becoming an active participant in your own health care and empower you to ask the right questions of your providers. Advocates translate medical terminology so that you can better understand your physician's explanations and instructions so you are more likely to have positive health outcomes.

OurHome2YourHome is a boarding home located in the Spartanburg,SC area. We provide 3 meals per day, WiFi internet, landline phone, indoor/outdoor activities, transportation to and from appointments. medication and hygiene reminders, along with laundry service. Additionally; each resident’s room is equipped with a tv and streaming service provided at no extra charge. Our rooms average 2 beds per room. 

P23 Care is a licensed non-medical home care agency serving seniors, adults and children with disabilities throughout South Carolina. We provide compassionate, reliable in-home personal care, companionship, and respite services designed to support independence, dignity, and quality of life. Guided by compassion and integrity, we're committed to helping seniors thrive safely at home. 

Palliative Care of South Carolina was created to provide specialized medical care for people with serious illness. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for both the patient and the family. We focus on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of advance illness by providing a team of specialists that work alongside the patient’s physicians.

With palliative care, patients will receive physical, emotional and spiritual support. The team helps to relieve pain and symptoms- such as fatigue, anxiety, shortness of breath, nausea, and depression. They also will help the patient decide the next steps; the plan and goals of care. Pee Dee Community Project, LLC. is a non-profit organization that is instrumental in providing a variety of programs that serve community members of every age and background. Our mission is to foster a community where all residents have the knowledge, skills, support and confidence to succeed in all areas of life. 

We are the only community health center in the nation also designated as an Area Agency on Aging and an Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) by the State of South Carolina, the Administration on Aging and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Called Vantage Point, we are the first place to get accurate, unbiased information on all aspects of life-related to aging or living with a disability.

Piedmont Agency on Aging provides free home-delivered meals to seniors 60 and older in Greenwood, Abbeville, Laurens and Saluda Counties. Other services provided are senior center meals and transportation to the centers and medical appointments. Low and no cost services are available. 

 Our residents have access to a choice of home health agencies that provide regular personal care assessments. Staff members who are on call 24 hours a day work with residents to tailor plans for all levels of care needed, with services including medication reminders and administration, incontinence care, special nutritional counseling and escort and transfer assistance available if and when needed. Residents also can obtain bathing, dressing and grooming assistance and medication administration as necessary.

Physical, occupational and speech therapies are available on site as conveniences to our residents, who also have access to psychotherapy services. Wellness, walking, balance and exercise classes also are offered on a regular basis.
