The South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (DDSN) is the state agency that plans, develops, coordinates and funds services for residents with various severe, lifelong disabilities. Populations served include individuals with traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual disabilities.

Our team includes a Certified Specialist in Elder Law (CELA) certified by the National Elder Law Foundation, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and former Trust Officer, and decades of experience in the trenches.

Through the generosity of South Carolina veterinarians, SCVets Care has stepped up to provide vaccinations, spay and neuter services,  diagnostic services and much more to senior citizen pets. We are unable to supply food. We do require an estimate of services needed which can be emailed to us at info@scav.org. If you are a senior citizen, disabled, or a caregiver of a senior or disabled adult, and their pet is in need of veterinary care, please reach out to us to help with your pets health needs.
