Affinity Home Care Solutions is a non-medical Home Care agency providing care to seniors, veterans and disabled individuals, who require assistance to remain in the comfort of their own homes. One may elect services for a few hours or up to 24 hours. Live-in Care is also available. 

It's all about choice and if the notion of moving to a retirement community, assisted living facility, or nursing home isn't appealing to you, then Affinity has the solution to keep you living in your own home. 

Our team of dedicated Caregivers are specifically matched to each client to ensure the provision of excellent care. All staff members must pass a clean Sled-background check, drug test, and undergo fundamental training pertinent to caregiving and SC laws.

Serving communities across South Carolina, we provide senior care for those living with chronic illnesses, Alzheimer's, and dementia; private duty nursing for compassionate, one-on-one medical support in the comfort of home; and pediatric and special needs care for medically fragile children. 

Prisma Health SeniorCare - PACE provides All-inclusive Care for the Elderly living in Richland and Lexington counties.  A program for people over the age of 55 living with a disability.  The goal of the program is to keep people in the community for as long as safely possible.  The program is centered on the belief that the best outcomes happen when seniors are served in their own communities.  To meet this goal, Prisma Health SeniorCare - PACE focuses on both chronic care needs and preventive care with a medical and holistic approach. 

Waccamaw Area Agency on Aging (AAA), exists to provide services and resources to seniors and their caregivers in the Waccamaw Region. The AAA offers the support many senior residents need to continue living comfortable, high-quality lives in their own homes for as long as possible.

We assist seniors with activities of daily living including meal preparation, light house keeping, and personal care. Our assistance will help ensure your loved one can stay living independently in their own home.

Mobile Phlebotomy and Health Care Services (MPHC) provides personal care services to seniors and adults with disabilities. These services include providing assistance with eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and activities of daily living as specified in the plan of care.

In addition to personal care, MPHC provides phlebotomy services in their own labs or they can personal travel to your home to meet you.

Koger Home Care, LLC is a non-medical home care agency. Our agency provides care to all age groups in many counties across the state. We strive to assist our clients with their Activities of Daily Living Skills (ADL’s), such as personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, feeding, walking, and medication reminders. Additionally, we offer errands, light cleaning, transportation, companionship, respite relief care, as well as live-in caregivers. Our services are designed to allow the client to stay in their home in lieu of residential nursing facilities.

We provide services to all age groups. Our services are perfect for clients who are seniors, disabled, veterans, critically or chronically ill, after surgery care, head injuries, cancer/chemotherapy, injuries from falls or accidents, immobility, kidney failure/dialysis, non-compliant behaviors, and more.

We specialize in clients with memory and cognitive dysfunctions (Alzheimer’s, Dementia, strokes, Parkinson, etc..), mental health diagnoses, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Our caregivers are experienced, extensively trained and must continue quarterly and annual training, are background checked and compliant with state standards, as well as must pass drug screening.

We observe major holidays and will not provide services to clients during these times.  

We accept clients of all ages, and applicants over 18 years old.

Gentiva Hospice provides end of life care at home or home like setting (Assited Living, Nursing Home, Residential Care home)

Our Home Care agency promotes positive aging by providing the best care at our client's homes or facilities.  We are a 24/7 service that can provide one-on-one personal care and/or companion care.  We have skilled caregivers for Alzheimer's and Dementia and also have a Parkinson's care program.  We aim to keep your loved one safe, comfortable, and happy.  We offer transportation for them to run their errands, visit friends, attend medical appointments, or just enjoy a ride out on a nice day.   Our caregivers can help with med reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep and assist with your loved one's daily tasks.  

Karing In Mind LLC is a licensed provider in the State of SC that provides in-home care and assistance with activities of daily living. Transportation is not provided with these services. Aides cannot accompany you to your appointments or daily errands.
