Love House Academy's Senior Day Program is designed for retired adults over the age of 60 who are looking for a place to remain healthy in Mind, Body, and Soul.  It is for Lowcountry seniors who seek a reputable local organization to help them enjoy life to its fullest.  Our Senior Day Program is also ideal for seniors who may otherwise be isolated in their home environment.

Love House Academy's Senior Day Program is free and open to the public.  Currently we are only delivering frozen meals to senior's residence for those who qualify.  If you are in need of free meals to be delivered to your residence due to medical, health, or inabilities, please contact us for support.

Charleston Area Senior Citizens Services Inc. (CASC) has been operating on the front lines fighting hunger in the lives of low income senior citizens since 1967. Their dedicated team provides hot, healthy meals to those who need it most, ensuring seniors remain nourished, independent, and connected to their community. The senior center has hosted varied activities and programs for senior citizens in the greater Charleston community. CASC also offers a variety of volunteer roles that help assist the lives of seniors such as companionship, transportation, and help with activities of daily living. 

Grand Strand Comfort Care offers compassionate care and competent home care in Myrtle Beach, SC and surrounding areas. We are a non-medical home care agency serving Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. We provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, light meals, and transportation close to home. Senior Action is a nonprofit organization serving adults aged 55 and older in Greenville County. We offer a wide range of programs and services, including meals, exercise classes, social activities, and more at our six locations. We also provide home-based services such as transportation to our centers, medical transportation, and yard care assistance. Volunteer opportunities available. 

OurHome2YourHome is a boarding home located in the Spartanburg,SC area. We provide 3 meals per day, WiFi internet, landline phone, indoor/outdoor activities, transportation to and from appointments. medication and hygiene reminders, along with laundry service. Additionally; each resident’s room is equipped with a tv and streaming service provided at no extra charge. Our rooms average 2 beds per room. 

Newberry County Council on Aging provides services to assist Newberry County Older Adults as they age-in-place. Services provided are: Home Delivered Meals, Group Dining/Senior Centers HomeCare, Transportation and Adult Day Health Care. Low/no cost services and volunteer opportunities are available. 

The Colleton county on Aging, Inc.'s mission is to address the cognitive, social/emotional and physical needs of the senior citizens of the county. This Nonprofit Human Services Agency provides hope, encouragement and support through an array of services designed to meet the individual client's needs. Emphases are placed on providing home delivered meals and service that promote health, wellness and preventive care.

Giving Dignity and Support is a licensed community residential care facility located in Eastover, South Carolina. Services include room and board, personal care assistance, medication management, meals, housekeeping, social activities, and supervision. Facilities offer varying levels of care based on residential needs. 

Waring Senior Center offers over 300 classes a month including fitness, wellness, creative arts, languages, dance, music, games, and so much more. The center houses a gym with cardio and strength machines and four outdoor pickleball courts. Everything at the senior center is dedicated to increasing opportunities as well as ways to engage in activities outside the senior center such as golf, dining, kayaking, theatre, and other activities. 

The center offers support groups for Alzheimer's caregivers, a grief support group which is led by the Roper St. Francis Healthcare Pastoral Care Department, and stress management support. 

The Waring Cafe offers a hot lunch three days a week. Prices range from $7 to $2 and must be ordered two days in advance. Meals are served dine-in or carry-out.

CHC of SC has been in business since 1994 and staffs over 80 Case Managers throughout South Carolina. Our Case Managers work with Medicaid participants to coordinate their healthcare needs. Whether the participants needs home delivered meals, environment modification, or personal care attendants, CHC of SC is there to assist with getting the approvals and schedules. Our Case Managers do all they can to keep the participants in the home and community.
