Advanced Mobile Wound Care provides professional, in-home wound care across the Upstate and Midlands of South Carolina. Our experienced medical team visits you or your loved one at home, in assisted living, or in skilled nursing facilities—offering compassionate, hospital-level care without the need to travel. We specialize in hard-to-heal wounds like pressure ulcers, skin tears, diabetic foot ulcers, post-surgical wounds and more. 

Affinity Home Care Solutions is a non-medical Home Care agency providing care to seniors, veterans and disabled individuals, who require assistance to remain in the comfort of their own homes. One may elect services for a few hours or up to 24 hours. Live-in Care is also available.

ALCC also offers assistance with exploring retirement community options, medication management, home care management, coordinating and attending medical and other business appointments.
 

By providing meals, transportation, and social interaction to older adults, Aiken Senior Life Services – a private, charitable nonprofit organization established in 1971 – allows Aiken County seniors to gracefully age in place. 

Aiken Senior Life Services, in partnership with Meals on Wheels America, provides a hot, nutritious meal to any senior who is unable to leave their home or who has difficulty preparing a meal. These meals are delivered by volunteers that provide important social interaction to homebound seniors. These visits, which serve as important “wellness checks,” often turn into lasting friendships. Low-cost and no-cost services are available.

Aiken County Board of Disabilities provides case management to individuals of all ages in the counties listed below. We are a disabilities and special needs board that assists individuals with planning and securing the services the services they need. We serve the counties of Aiken, Barnwell, Edgefield, Greenwood, McCormick, Lexington, Orangeburg, and Saluda using a person-centered philosophy.
