    HopeHealth in Orangeburg is 1 of 3 Infectious Diseases Treatment and Prevention Centers, and committed to providing infectious diseases services to Orangeburg, Bamberg, and Calhoun Counties. The site opened its doors in 2006 providing case management services to individuals living with HIV, but has since expanded its services to include community education and prevention, as well as Hepatitis C care. The site is also home to a Personal Health Clinic which is open to the community provides affordable sexual health care, including STD screenings and treatment, as well as pap smears.

    The Orangeburg team consists of teams of medical case managers, a community management and clinical staff including a nurse and an infectious diseases nurse practitioner and physician. HopeHealth in Orangeburg provides care to more than 450 patients per year.
