    The Medication Assistance Pharmacy through Welvista provides free prescription medications to eligible, uninsured South Carolina residents. As a charitable, mail‑order pharmacy, Welvista has proudly served patients across the Palmetto State for more than 30 years. Our extensive formulary covers most medications used to treat chronic conditions, as well as select prescription over‑the‑counter medications. Approved prescriptions are filled by our pharmacy and delivered directly to your home at no cost to you.

    To qualify for free medications through Welvista, you must:

    1.Be a resident of South Carolina
    2.Have no health insurance of any kind, including Medicare, Medicaid, VA Health Benefits, Affordable Care Act plans, or private insurance
    3.Meet household income guidelines and provide proof of income for yourself and any income‑earning members of your household

    Once approved, your healthcare provider can send your prescriptions directly to Welvista. We will fill and mail your medications straight to your home.
